The draws have been posted since Tuesday so you should know when your match time is. Please check in at the tournament desk 30 minutes before your match time so that we can get you on court as soon as possible. If your plans have changed and you will not be able to play on Saturday, please email the Tournament Director at his email listed above. This consideration for your opponents travel plans will be greatly appreciated and No Show players will be assessed suspension points so please let us know in advance if your plans have changed. The FSHS tennis courts will be available on Friday night with lights until 10PM and then from 6AM on Saturday morning for practice and warm up. The courts have lights and the weather forecast is great. If you have any questions, please contact the Tournament Director at 432-290-0230. See you on the courts!

DRAW INFORMATION FOR THIS WEEKEND
The draws will be posted by 5PM this afternoon Tuesday August 1. The following events did not have enough entries to have a draw: B14s, G12s and G18s will not play The following events have 1 match only: B12s, B16s and G14s each have only 1 match The following events will play round robins: B18s 4 players and G16s 3 players The match format for everything except the B12s will be 2 out of 3 no ad tie break sets with a 10 point match tie break in lieu of the 3rd set. The B12s will be 2 out of 3 no ad short sets beginning at 0-0 and playing to 4, tie break at 4 all and 10 point tie break for the 3rd set. Points will be as follows: 1st place 16 points, 2nd place 8 points, 3rd place 4 points 3rd place in a 3 player round robin does not earn points Player must win a match to earn points.

IF YOU DECIDE TO WITHDRAW:
If you decide to withdraw from the tournament, please email the tournament director at the email listed on the homepage before Friday if at all possible. No Shows will be assessed suspension points so please let us know if you change your plans to be with us on Saturday. With the draws as small as they are, your opponents would appreciate your cooperation to help avoid needless travel.

USTA MEDICAL WAIVER AND MEDIA RELEASE FORM
USTA TX medical waiver and media release form is a USTA TX requirement to play in any Challenger, Championship Major Zone (CMZ), or Super Championship Major Zone (SCMZ).

Excessive Overrule Guideline: The USTA Texas Officials Committee along with the Competitive Department has established a guideline in reference to excessive overrules as clarified in the Friend at Court. This guideline states "Once a player has been overruled for a second time in a match, they will be cautioned that after another overrule, they will be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct under the point penalty system."

Inappropriate umpire/spectator communication, whether it be about a ruling or any other facet of a tennis event is prohibited while a match is in progress. Being a parent, coach, etc. does not endow special privileges. With the only exception of the right to remove their own child from competition at any time, a parent or coach is merely a spectator.

USTA Texas "No Late Entries" Policy for Juniors Due to a new USTA Texas internal procedure, junior division players will NOT be able to register for a tournament after the online published deadline. We are aware that currently parents reach out via email or phone to the USTA Texas staff and/or tournament director requesting to be manually added to the tournament after online registration has closed. If a player misses the registration deadline, then he/she will not be permitted to participate in that tournament

Registration Confirmation: As a parent or player it is your responsibility to assure registration in the event. Regardless if you register on the website or mobile app after completing the registration you should visit the USTA web driven site and confirm your registration by finding the player in the applicants list. If you select to skip this process please be aware that should any malfunctions of the system occur, players will not be granted late entrance in the event due to a system error.
