If you are taking the ACT test on Saturday, June 10, you must be available to play by 2;00pm. You MUST notify me by email (tournaments@queencityfitness.com) no later than 6:00pm on Saturday, June 3 that you are taking the test (otherwise we will not be able to accommodate later start times). It is recommended that you request a local (Cincinnati) test site in order to be able to play by 2:00pm

Any Wild Card request must be submitted to the Ohio Valley office before the Ohio Valley Midwest Qualifier entry deadline: June 4, 2017. In each age group, if an earned quota position is not accepted by a player and the Wild Card was not granted prior to the tournament, the Wild Card will be granted to the next highest eligible tournament participant on the Midwest ranking list.

This tournament will be a 64 player Feed-in consolation draw with a 32 draw single elimination doubles event. If more than 64 players enter, each area association is guaranteed two positions in the draw and the remaining selections will be based upon the most recent Midwest Standings List as of the entry deadline.

We will play a round of doubles on Saturday, so we will need all the team pairings by Wednesday (Jun 7) at 6pm. If you have registered online for doubles, please make sure you email us with your partner's name. If you didn't sign up online, you can still sign up by email by June 7. If you do not wish to play doubles please let us know that as well so we can take your name off the list. Pairings that we already have will show up online.

The Ohio Valley District has been allocated 14 "Quota" spots for automatic selection to the 2017 Midwest Outdoor Closed tournament this year. The Endorsement process has been updated to select players from the Ohio Valley District Championships - District Qualifier event in the BG 12-18 age divisions.
1) 8 Quarterfinalists from the Main Draw will be automatically endorsed.
2) 4 players are selected from those that advance to the Consolation Quarterfinal Round from the Consolation Quarterfinal Qualifier Round.
3) From the 4 players that did not advance to the Consolation Quarterfinal Round from the Quarterfinal Qualifier Round, 2 will be selected in ranking order from the Midwest Ranking list published the week prior to the tournament.
4) Alternates will be selected from the tournament Competitors in the ranking order from the Midwest Ranking list published the week prior to the tournament.
5) If a player does not reach an automatic qualifying position in the draw and wants to be considered for an alternate status for the Midwest Closed, the player must have played and completed their final match.

We will be using Princeton High School Courts (across the street from the High School, on Chester Rd) and Sycamore High School Courts, 7400 Cornell Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249. . Rain site for Saturday and Sunday....is Queen City Racquet Club, 11275 Chester Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. In the event of rain we may move indoors. If we need to do this there will be a $10.00 charge for each singles match and $5.00 for each doubles match that a player plays indoors.

There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason after the draw has been made.
