This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 44 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
2 - 20 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
1 - Top 8 seeds based on UTR
2- Seeds 9-16 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List

This tournament carries with it Level 1 USTA/Midwest points per round and Level 4 USTA National points per round. For more information on USTA/Midwest points per round, please visit the following link: more info

The Singles Main Draw will play best 3 tiebreak sets. The Singles Consolation Draw will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. 64 FIC draw.

SATURDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 1 round of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles. MONDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles.

1) The Eck Tennis Pavilion at Notre Dame will be open and all courts will be available one hour before the first match each day of the tournament. Players competing in the first scheduled match time of the day will have priority.
2) For practice courts on Friday night 5pm-11pm, please call (574) 631-6929. The court fee is $10 per person per hour. Courts are first come, first served.
3) During tournament play Saturday through Monday, limited warm-up and/or practice courts are available at South Bend Racquet Club. To reserve please call (574) 277-1000. Pre-pay with credit card, no refunds. Rate is $24/hr for the court. Please mention the tournament to avoid guest fees. Courts reserved as available at call-in.
4) If courts at SBRC are booked, Lakeland Athletic Club, 10-15 minutes north of Notre Dame in Niles, MI, has been very accommodating in offering their courts also. Please call (269) 684-8030 or email mbrown.lakeland@gmail.com to book a court.

If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay for the tournament. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2)No refunds after player selections..
