ON-SITE ALTERNATE SIGN-UPS FOR WEDNESDAY QUALIFYING
Players may register as an "alternate" at the tournament desk between 8AM and 9 AM on Wednesday, July 5. If there is a "no show" in the first round, a registered player will be entered to replace the no-show. Alternates will entered in the order as they appear on the list. Players who may have been in the main draw or seeded in the qualifying must replace similar players.

LATE ENTRIES
REQUESTS FOR ENTRY AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A "SPACE "AVAILABLE" BASIS. ACCEPTED LATE ENTRIES WILL INCUR A $15 LATE FEE IN ADDITION TO THE ENTRY FEE. ALL ACCEPTED LATE ENTRIES MUST BE PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF ACCEPTANCE.

IMPORTANT - QUALIFYING
We will hold Qualifying matches on Wednesday, July 5. A maximum of 64
players will be accepted into the qualifying. All Factors (ATP points/ranking; UTR/National/Sectional rankings) will be used to
determine the top 64 players should more players enter. Qualifying
matches will be two sets and a deciding Match Tiebreak.

MAIN DRAW
All Factors (ATP points/ranking; UTR/National/Sectional rankings) will be used for seeding. All Main Draw
matches will play the best of three tie-break sets. Matches will begin on Thursday, July 6. If needed, 2 matches may be scheduled on Friday, July 7.

PRIZE MONEY
The Sectionals will offer up to a total of
$10,000 in Prize Money, to be awarded based on draw sizes. Players who
are in college, or who wish to retain their amateur standing, may accept
Amateur Expense Reimbursement if the appropriate forms are completed.
Prior to enrollment in college, a player may accept up to $10,000 per
year in Prize Money, but it is important to understand that junior
players who accept Prize Money will lose their eligibility to play
junior tournaments, with the exception of ITF events, and the USTA 18
Nationals held in San Diego (girls) and Kalamazoo (boys).

RECORDING OF YOUR MATCH OFFERED
All matches will be recorded in HD. The recordings will be available for purchase by tournament competitors at
a moderate cost. This is a great service
which can be used as a developmental tool to move your game ahead or simply as
a historical archive of your matches. Before

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 29, 2017 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
