TOURNAMENT RULES
This tournament uses conduct rules above and beyond those enforced by the USTA. Players participating in tournaments at the facilities identified are required to abide by these facility rules of behavior on and off of the court. These rules also apply to parents, coaches, siblings, and other guests of the players. The list below indicates the Tournament Rules: * No use of the word "suck" or any form of the word spoken or spelled. * No use of expressions of frustrations with references to deities (i.e. "Oh My God", "Jesus", "Jesus Christ", "Christ", "God") either spoken or spelled. * No use of "freaking", "frigging", or "fricking" or variations of such words either spoken or spelled. * No Smoking anywhere on the premises. Premises includes parking lots, bathrooms, and anywhere within 30 feet of a tennis court. Verbal rules apply to any language. We have officials on sight who are fluent in many languages. Anyone found in violation of these rules may be subject to a Code Violation and receive suspension points.

You may go straight to your first match. Please bring or fill out your medical release on site before playing. We willhave the medical releases on site to fill out also.

DOUBLES INFORMATION AMD FORMAT 14'S-18'S
We will play 1 round of doubles for the 14s , 16s, and 18s on Friday night starting at 5pm at the Kiawah Island and Seabrook. The scoring format will be one set to 6 games with a regular tiebreaker played at 6 games all. We will also be playing ad.

Sites 14's-18's
We are using THREE sites for the 14's-18's during the tournament. It is your responsibility to be on time for your matches. Directions to all sites will be provided at the Roy Barth Tennis Center. You can go straight to your first match site if you bring your MEDICAL RELEASE to that site. You may also fax the medical release to (843)768-6092. Please come to RBTC to register either Friday 2:00-6:30pm or Saturday 6:30am-5:00pm and to pick up your tournament gift. The three match sites are:

DOUBLES REGISTRATION ONLY THIS SITE
Registration for doubles begin begins on Friday, October 6 (after the close of singles registration) and closes on Sunday , October 8 at 11:59pm. This is a short time period to allow those who are selected for singles on Friday a choice of signing up with another player also selected in singles, or with someone that only wants to play doubles. Doubles play will begin at 5pm on Friday, October 13.

PLAYERS PLAYING DOUBLES ONLY
If doubles is your only event this will be considered your first event; therefore, you will be responsible for the additional $46.63 difference which must be paid at the Roy Barth Tennis Center by calling (843)768-2838 prior to your first match. This is to make up the difference for the $59.63 cost of the first event. You will only be charged by Tennislink $13.00 when registering online only for doubles.

Registration for doubles begins on Friday October 6 after the close of singles registration . Doubles play will begin Friday, October 13 at 5pm. Doubles matches will continue Saturday with the finals being played Sunday morning. Every player that signs up for doubles must be available to play 5pm matches on Friday.

Sportsmanship Responsibilities: All parents are encouraged complete the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in this level tournament.

Please be aware that this tournament is a 10U Youth Tennis
Progression event. This means that in order to play in the 10U division offered
you must be in the corresponding level. If you are not able to register for 10U
singles that means you are not eligible for that level of 10U. To find out more
