REGISTRATION/CHECK IN INFORMATION (for FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10)
MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE TURNED IN PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST MATCH. Medical release forms will be available to fill out at all sites. Please print one off and bring to your first match to expedite the check in process. Tournament registration will be at The Charleston Tennis Center on Friday from 3-7:30pm. Please come by to pick up your tournament shirt on Friday evening. We are able to take cash or check only Saturday. Please bring your medical release to your first match and turn in when you arrive or you will have to fill one out when you arrive. TOURNAMENT RULES
This tournament uses conduct rules above and beyond those enforced by the USTA. Players participating in tournaments at the facilities identified are required to abide by these facility rules of behavior on and off of the court. These rules also apply to parents, coaches, siblings, and other guests of the players. The list below indicates the Tournament Rules: * No use of the word "suck" or any form of the word spoken or spelled. * No use of expressions of frustrations with references to deities (i.e. "Oh My God", "Jesus", "Jesus Christ", "Christ", "God") either spoken or spelled. * No use of "freaking", "frigging", or "fricking" or variations of such words either spoken or spelled. * No Smoking anywhere on the premises. Premises includes parking lots, bathrooms, and anywhere within 30 feet of a tennis court. Verbal rules apply to any language. We have officials on sight who are fluent in many languages. Anyone found in violation of these rules may be subject to a Code Violation and receive suspension points.

IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT ME DIRECTLY AND NOT SHOW UP FOR A MATCH THAT YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO PLAY THEN IT WILL BE COUNTED AS A NO SHOW WHICH CARRIES 5 SUSPENSION POINTS. I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO HAVE THE EXPENSE OF STAYING IN TOWN IF THERE ISN'T A MATCH TO PLAY. I APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

***IMPORTANT MESSAGE***
The Citadel campus will be closing on Friday at 12 noon for the day for an event on campus. We will not be playing any matches at The Citadel on Friday. Please do not go to campus to practice as you will be turned away. Campus will be open for the weekend Saturday morning. Thank you.

Mixed Doubles Start Times
Every player that signs up for mixed doubles must be available to play 4pm matches on Friday. Mixed Doubles format will be a regular set to six with a first match loser consolation. We will play the Mixed Doubles on Friday only. There are no points awarded for mixed doubles at this time.

Boys and Girls Doubles Start Times
Doubles play for age 10's will begin at 5pm on Friday, November 10 and will play two rounds. Doubles for 12's-18's will begin Friday at 5:00pm for those matches that do not have anyone also playing in Mixed Doubles. If you are playing Mixed Doubles and regular doubles, you will play mixed on Friday afternoon/evening and regular doubles Saturday morning. All players who register for singles and doubles must play in the same age division.

Scoring
Doubles format will be an 8 game pro set (no ad) with single elimination for Boys and Girls 10's-18's. Mixed doubles will be an 6 game set (no ad scoring) with a First Match Loser consolation which will allow at least two mixed doubles matches.

Sites:
We will be using the following sites for Doubles and Mixed Doubles starting on Friday. We will be playing Friday evening at The Charleston Tennis Center (FARM) and St. Andrews Park/Playground (StAnd) only. The other sites are listed as well for doubles play Saturday and Sunday.

Sportsmanship Responsibilities: All parents are encouraged complete the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in this level tournament.

Please be aware that this tournament is a 10U Youth Tennis
Progression event. This means that in order to play in the 10U division offered
you must be in the corresponding level. If you are not able to register for 10U
singles that means you are not eligible for that level of 10U. To find out more
