8:25 AM 7/23- All Singles matches will be held at outside at Plainfield East high school as scheduled.
7:08 AM 7/23- Due to court conditions, 8:00 AM Doubles matches have been moved indoors to Five Star Tennis Center. Hopefully we can get singles matches going outside. Keep an eye out for an update around 8:15 AM
6:07 AM 7/23- Looks like we've got clear skies today so plan on being outside at Plainfield East High School and staying there. It is humid so please make sure to bring ample amounts of water and sunscreen and wear hats or sunglasses.
8:27 AM 7/22- Due to court conditions and the threat of rain, all singles and doubles matches for Day 1 have been moved indoors.

5:53 AM 7/22- Due to rain and the threat of rain, 8:00 AM doubles matches have been moved indoors. Please continue to check the tournament page for updates.

The tournament will be played at Plainfield East High School - 12001 S. Naperville Rd., Plainfield 60585
In the event of rain, we may move matches indoors to the Five Star Tennis Center - 11959 Normantown Rd., Plainfield 60585

This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 88 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
2 - 40 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
1 - Top 16 seeds based on UTR
2- Seeds 17-32 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List

This tournament carries with it Level 2 USTA/Midwest points per round and Level 4 USTA National Singles points and Level 3 USTA National Doubles points per round. For more information on USTA/Midwest points per round, please visit the following link: more info

The Singles Main Draw will play best 3 tiebreak sets. The Singles Consolation Draw will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. 128 Singles FIC and 64 Doubles single elimination.

Day 1- Doubles R32, Singles R128, Singles R64, Doubles R16
Day 2- Doubles Q, Singles Consolation 2R, Singles R32, Singles Consolation 3RQ, Singles R16, Doubles SF
Day 3- Doubles F, Singles Consolation 3R, Singles Q, Singles Consolation 4RQ
Day 4- Singles Consolation 4R, Singles Consolation QQ, Singles SF, Singles Consolation Q, Singles F/PL

Warm up courts will be available on site prior to the start of each day's play. There may be warm up courts available at Plainfield North High School down the road. Five Star Tennis Center will have indoor courts available for rental ($20 for a half hour, $25 for an hour). If the tournament is moved indoors due to weather, warmup courts will no longer be available.

If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay for the tournament. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selections.
