GEORGIA LEVEL 3 SUPER CHAMPIONSHIP
Open to all players regardless of ranking. Limit 16 Draw per age
division. Players are selected manually by the tournament director
after the close of registration.
SELECTIONS & DRAWS
Selections made and published 6 days prior to the start of the
tournament and draws posted 2 days prior to the start of the
tournament. Selection & Seeds are based primarily on Georgia
Standings. Draws with 5 or less entries will play a round
robin.
NEW - Counting Points Up effective Jan. 1, 2017
To align with USTA National and Southern, USTA Georgia Junior
Competition Committee has approved an amendment that will affect
how Georgia standings will be calculated. Beginning January 1,
2017, the singles and doubles results for each player earned in a
division for the previous 12-month period shall be counted as
results in the next-older division at 20%. As such, players will no
longer be considered for selection based on their lower age
division standings. A description of this new amendment may be

10 and under players are NOT considered for selection or
seeding in any older age divisions based on 10 & under
standings.
ALTERNATE LIST
If you end up on the alternate list and decide to register for
another tournament, you must let the tournament director know prior
to entering the other tournament. Please email
BobNunnery@gmail.com. USTA GA rules will not allow you to be
registered in two tournaments at the same time.
SCORING FORMAT
Main Draw - BG 12-18, 2 sets with 3rd set match 10 point tie-break.
Feed in Consolation (FIC) through Quarter-finals.
NOTE: Three (3) FIC matches will be played Sunday to complete
the Consolation rounds.
BG 10, 2 Short Sets (4-game) and seven (7) point
"Match" tie-break played in lieu of a third set. Full Feed in
Consolation. Play on a 60-ft court with a 25" racket or
smaller.

Finalist.

REFUND POLICY There are no refunds after the entry deadline.
If there are inclement weather issues and no matches are played,
then you will get a 100% credit to another Conyers Tennis
tournament. If you do complete a match there is no refund/credit.
Please understand that tournaments have fixed costs which include:
Trophies, T-shirts, Balls, USTA Referees/Officials, and many other
costs. The TennisLink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable
in accordance with USTA policy. Thank you for your
understanding.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
