GEORGIA LEVEL 4 CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT
Open to all players regardless of ranking. Limit 16 Draw per age
division. Players are selected manually by the tournament director
after the close of registration.
SCORING FORMAT
BG 12-18 - Singles Main Draw & Feed in Consolation - 2 sets
with 3rd set, 10 point match tie-break. Some consolations may not
finish.
BG 12-18 Doubles - 8 game pro set. 10 point match tie-break at 8
all.
10 AND UNDER
Plays on a 60-ft court with a 25" racket or smaller and low
compression balls. 2 four game sets (no ad scoring) with 3rd set,
seven (7) point Match tie-break.
Doubles - 8 game (no ad) pro set with 7 point tie-break at 8 games
all.

Trophies presented to Champions and Finalist in main draw
and consolation winners and Finalist
Medals Presented to 3rd/4th Place.

Six courts are available for warm up at Rockdale TC one hour prior
to first schedule match of the day.The following courts are within

Counting Points Up effective Jan. 1, 2017
To align with USTA National and Southern, USTA Georgia Junior
Competition Committee has approved an amendment that will affect
how Georgia standings will be calculated. Beginning January 1,
2017, the singles and doubles results for each player earned in a
division for the previous 12-month period shall be counted as
results in the next-older division at 20%. As such, players will no
longer be considered for selection based on their lower age
division standings. A description of this new amendment may be

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are
inclement weather issues and no matches are played, then you will
get a 100% credit to another Conyers Tennis.tournament. If you do
complete a match there is no refund/credit. Please understand that
tournaments have fixed costs which include: Trophies, T-shirts,
Balls, USTA Referees/Officials, and many other costs. The
TennisLink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable in
accordance with USTA policy. Thank you for your
understanding.
Messages
LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
