The boys & girls qualifier will be played at Bowling Green
State University (BGSU) on Stadium Dr.
Orange & Red Ball will be played on Sunday, June 7. this will
be a one day event.

Players will be seeded based on the most current USTA/Midwest standing list. If this does not complete the seeds, we will use the NWOTA standing list.

REFUNDS - there will be no refunds given if a player withdraws less than 7 days prior to the start of the tournament.

NWOTA CODE VIOLATIONS - the officials will file paperwork for any violations that occur. Players wil be notified at the time of the violation. Suspension points will be submitted to the district office. 10 points in 12 months wil lead to a 6 week suspension in any NWOTA event. Other districts will be asked to acknowledges the suspension also.

Due to our current pandemic, the 2020 NWO Junior Qualifier is cancelled. Those who have registered will be refunded. The decision was made at the Midwest Section for the safety and well being of our players.

FORMAT: BG 12-18 will be playing a full third set. The 10's will be playing a 10 pt tiebreak for the third set. All doubles will be an 8 game pro set with a 10 point tiebreak at 8-8. Doubles is single elimination while Singles is a full feed in through the Quarters.
Since Midwest Closed for 10s and 12s are different weekends, the 10s are permitted to play both the 10s & 12s if they choose. To enter both register for the 10s online then email Mitch that you want to enter the 12s. A check payable to NWOTA/Qualifier will be needed for the second entry.
DEADLINES: Both Doubles and Singles have the same deadline - June 2 by 11:59 p.m.
OTHER: Please let Mitch know as soon as possible for any school related conflicts. Mitch will only work around school events or the SAT if needed.

DID YOU KNOW? Any Singles player playing Doubles, there will be no charge for Doubles. A Doubles charge will occur if a player registers for only Doubles. All singles players should take advantage of this!

Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, June 4, 2016 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
