MONDAY WARM-UP COURT ASSIGNMENTS
7:45-8:45a *Court 6 will be available for warm-ups throughout the day, but players may be asked to share the court or half a court.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Friday: 6:45-7:15a: Mandatory Player Check-In in Baseline Tennis Center Club Room. All check-in must be completed during this time. 7:15-7:45a: Mandatory all player meeting on site in Baseline Tennis Center Club Room. 7:45-8:15a: 1st wave assigned warm-up court assignments. 1/2 court for player and doubles partner. 8:15-8:45a: 2nd wave assigned warm-up court assignments. 1/2 court for player and doubles partner. 9a: Doubles Round of 32. Singles Round of 64 will begin approximately 9:45a (dependent on player
availability). Singles round of 32 and consolation round 1 will follow.
Saturday: 7:45a-8:15a Assigned warm-up courts. 8:15-8:45a: Assigned warm-up courts. 9a: Doubles Round of 16 will begin. Main draw singles round of 16 and quarterfinals, round 1 of 5/6th playoff, and consolation round 2 to follow doubles (beginning also at 9a, as player availability allows).
Sunday: 7:45-8:45a: Assigned warm-up courts. 9a: Doubles Quarterfinals and Semifinals will begin. Singles Semifinals, 5/6th playoff quarterfinals, consolation round of 16 and consolation quarterfinals will also begin at 9a as player availability allows.
Monday: 7:45-8:45a: Assigned warm-up courts. Doubles Finals and 3rd/4th playoff will begin at 9a. Singles finals, 3rd/4th playoff, 5/6th playoff semifinal and final, consolation semifinal and final (no 7th/8th playoff will be played) will also start at 9a as player availability allows.

MATCH AND DRAW FORMATS
• Main Draw Singles (including play off for 3rd & 4th place): Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets • Modified Feed-In Championship Matches and 5th/6th Playoff Matches: Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of a 3rd Set; regular scoring. • Doubles Matches: Single elimination (playoff for 3rd & 4th Place) 6 Game Pro Set with a 7-Point Tiebreak at 6 games all; No-ad scoring
Singles Draw is a Modified Feed-In Consolation: Players will be fed in to the consolation if they lose in the first and second rounds only. Players losing in the round of 16 through quarterfinals will be fed into a 5th-6th playoff. No playoff for 7/8th place will be played.
Doubles Draw is a single elimination event: There will be a playoff for 3rd place.

PARKING AROUND THE TENNIS CENTER
Saturday parking will be EXTREMELY limited due to the Minnesota vs Wisconsin football game.
Due to the close proximity of the Baseline Tennis Center to 4 major
athletic venues, parking may be at event rates (up to $20.00/car) with
no in/out privileges. Metered parking is available behind the building
at $1.25/hr as available. Please consider carpooling,
walking a longer distance, etc. to minimize the impact of these events.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. A campus map is at the

HITTING PARTNERS
To secure a hitting partner, please email Dana Young at
danayoung11@gmail.com. Pros are available at a rate of $90/hr. This fee covers both the pro and the court time.
Players will need to pay the the pro in entirety via cash or check made payable to Young Tennis LLC only.

RACQUET STRINGING
A stringer will always be on site during business hours. We are able to
turn around any racquet within 24 hours. For most requests, we are
able to complete in a couple hours. If players provide their own
string, we charge only $19 per racquet. If you require string, we carry
most Babolat synthetic string brands.

TOWELS AND ICE
Ice is provided for any injury and water is available at all levels of
Baseline. We do not have a towel service on site, please bring your own
court towels.

Players are selected from a variety of National Lists and generally require Section endorsement.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, November 2, 2017 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
