We will have a mandatory player/parent meeting on Thursday, November 23 from 2:00-2:30. Following the meeting, practice courts will be available from 2:30-5:30 for $20/hour at Twos. Reservations can be made starting Monday Nov.13 at 419-241-2222. Please email tournament director if you can't attend the meeting due to travel plans. Practice courts will also be available at our second site, Shadow Valley, from 4-8pm on Thanksgiving Day. Reservations will be taken starting November 13 at 419-865-1141

There will be a trainer on-site at Twos Athletic Club:
Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday: 8am-5pm
Sunday: 8am-5pm

First round match times will be published Tuesday by 5pm.
Draws will be published Thirsday by noon.

The draw has been made so alternates will be chosen based on their position on the published alternate list.

* Doubles (all divisions): 6-game set with 7-point tiebreak at 6-games all; no-ad scoring * Singles consolations (all divisions): Best of 3 tiebreak sets w/ 10-point tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set * Main draw (14's, 16's, 18's divisions): Best of 3 tiebreak sets * Main draw (12's divisions): Best of 3 tiebreak sets w/ 10-point tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set * Singles draw format: Modified Feed-In Championship whereby the losers of the Round of 64 and Round of 32 are fed into a separate single elimination draw and the losers of the Round of 16 and quarterfinals are fed into another separate single elimination draw, and there is a playoff for 3rd place * Doubles draw format: USTA National Championship doubles draws shall be single elimination with a playoff for third and fourth place - all teams are required to play in the playoff

Many of you have registered for doubles without a partner - please let us know if you are looking for a partner. We also need to know your partner's name - the deadline for letting us know your partner of if you need a partner will be Wednesday Nov 15 at midnight.

We have room blocks at two separate Courtyard by Marriott locations. Direct links to both hotels are in the following 2 message blocks .Both are less than 10 minutes from the club. In order for us to secure the best possible rate, the block reservation deadline needs to be before the tournament selection date. We suggest you reserve your room as soon as possible to ensure you get the lowest rate. If you are not selected to the tournament, you can cancel your reservation with no penalty. Concurrent Entries Not Permitted Without Prior Approval
At the time entries close, no player may be entered in two or more sanctioned if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. USTA Regulation IV.C.12


Concurrent Entry Into Ediie Herr ITF and National Indoor Championships
The entry deadline for the 18s division of the Eddie Herr ITFs is Tuesday, October 31st. The entry deadline for the 12’s, 14’s and 16’s divisions of the Eddie Herr was October 6th. Players selected for the main draw and the qualifier for the Eddie Herr will be posted prior to the November 2nd entry deadline for the National Indoor Championships.
• Players who registered for both and are selected for both tournaments must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament that they would like to participate in by November 13th.
• Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of November 13th, or who apply for and receive wild cards for one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament.

Will will start each day with one round of doubles at 8:30. Singles will follow.
Friday- 2 rounds Main draw singles, 1 round 64/32 consolation, 1 round doubles
Saturday - 2 rounds main draw Single, 2 rounds 64/32 consolation, 1 round 16/8 consolation, 1 round doubles
Sunday - 1 round main draw singles, 2 rounds 64/32 consolation, 2 round 16/8 consolation, 2 rounds doubles
Monday - 1 round main draw singles (Finals and 3/4 playoff), 1 round 64/32 consolation, 1 round 16/8 consolation, 1 round doubles (Finals and 3/4 playoff)
