Concurrent Entries Not Permitted Without Prior Approval
At the time entries close, no player may be entered in 2 or more sanctioned events if any part of the tournaments overlap, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. USTA Regulation IV.C.12

Concurrent Entry Into Eddie Herr ITF and National Indoor ChampionshipsThe entry deadline for the 12’s, 14’s and 16’s divisions of the Eddie Herr was October 6th. Players selected for the main draw and the qualifier for the Eddie Herr will be posted prior to the Nov. 2nd entry deadline for the National Indoor Championships. • Players who registered for both and are selected for both tournaments must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament that they would like to participate in by November 13th.• Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of November 13th, or who apply for and receive wild cards for one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament.
