MATCH FORMATS
SINGLES Main Draw
& Consolation: Best of 3 tiebreak sets with 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of 3rd
set
DOUBLES: 6-game set with
7-point tiebreak at 6-games all; no-ad scoring is used

DRAW FORMATS
SINGLES Draw Formats:
In addition to the Singles Main Draw, a Modified Feed-In Championship is
played whereby the losers of the Round of 64 and Round of 32 are fed into a
separate single elimination draw and the losers of the Round of 16 and Quarterfinals
are fed into another separate single elimination draw. There is also playoff
for third and fourth place.
DOUBLES DRAW FORMAT: USTA National Championship doubles draws are single
elimination with a playoff for third and fourth place.
Note: All players and teams are required to play in the Consolation and
Playoff matches unless an injury or illness prevents them from doing so. Players
must contact the tournament director accordingly.

PRACTICE
Complementary Practice Courts During the Tournament 8 AM Matches: No need to reserve a court before your match. Just take a court, you may have to have up to 4 players per court. We ask that players practice with other players. All Other Matches: Reservations can be made in 30-minute increments with up to 4 players on a court. Please text Lauren at (407) 821-9615. Courts cannot be booked until that day's match times have been posted. Complementary Practice Courts November 23 - Thanksgiving Day Courts are available at Centercourt Florham Park, 299 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park on Thursday, November 23 from 10 am until 5 pm. Please text Lauren at (407) 821-9615 to make a reservation. Paid Practice Options Join the Centercourt Performance Tennis Academy's clinic at Centercourt Morristown from 4:30-7:30 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday. Drop in rate is $50/clinic. To register email Conrad Singh at conrad@centercourtclub.com. Join the Centercourt Performance Tennis Academy's clinic at Centercourt Chatham from 9-11 AM on Thursday. 8 players maximum, $50/player. Join the Centercourt Performance Tennis Academy's tournament specific warmup at Centercourt Morristown from 7-8 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. $30/player. Please reference the USTA Girls 12s to receive a discounted rate of $40/hour. To arrange private lessons, call 973-635-1222. The professional standard rates will apply. DRAWS/FIRST MATCH
Draws will be posted on Wednesday. Play will begin on Friday with doubles between 8 and 9 AM.

ON-SITE ALTERNATES
On-site alternates must sign in with the tournament desk by 8:30 AM at Centercourt Chatham on Friday.

CONCURRENT TOURNAMENTS
Concurrent Entries Not Permitted Without Prior Approval At the time entries close, no player may be entered in two or more sanctioned if any part of the tournaments overlap unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. USTA Regulation IV.C.12
Concurrent Entry Into Eddie Herr ITF and National Indoor ChampionshipsThe entry deadline for the 18s division of the Eddie Herr ITFs is Tuesday, October 31st. The entry deadline for the 12’s, 14’s and 16’s divisions of the Eddie Herr was October 6th. Players selected for the main draw and the qualifier for the Eddie Herr will be posted prior to the November 2nd entry deadline for the National Indoor Championships. • Players who registered for both and are selected for both tournaments must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament that they would like to participate in by November 13th.• Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of November 13th, or who apply for and receive wild cards for one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament.

Late alternates may be added. They will be placed at the bottom of the alternate list in the order they contact the tournament director.

Players are selected from a variety of National Lists and generally require Section endorsement.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
