If you played in this tournament, won at least one match and have entered the Midwest Closed in Tennis Link, you will be endorsed as an alternate.

If you wish to be endorsed as either an alternate or a quota player you need to e-mail me your confirmation number by the end of the tournament. Please also e-mail me if you reached a qualifying spot, i.e. the quarters of the front or the back draw, and know that you do NOT wish to play the Closed.

We can only contact you using the information you enter when you register so we suggest you enter your e-mail, and cell phone number as well as a home number. This event is open to all age and sex eligible Ohio Valley Players. We expect that everyone who applies will get in as last year only the B16's had a full draw.

We will be using Northmont (NMONT) High School, 4916 National Rd, Clayton, OH 45315, and Wayne High School 5400 Chambersburg Rd. Dayton, Ohio 45424 and Northridge (RIDGE) High School 2251 Timber Lane, Dayton, Ohio 45414 . Closest public park with tennis courts to Northmont is Centennial Park 4440 N Union Rd, Trotwood, OH 45426, closest to Wayne is Thomas Cloud Park 4707 Brandt Pike, Dayton, Ohio.

Rain site is Dayton Center Courts, 4801 Salem Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45416 in the event of rain we may move indoors. If we need to do this there will be a $10.00 charge for each singles match and $5.00 for each doubles match a player plays indoors.

This tournament will be a 64 play Feed-in consolation draw with a 32 draw single elimination doubles event. If more than 64 players enter, each area association is guaranteed two positions in the draw and the remaining selections will be based upon the most recent Midwest Standings List as of the entry deadline.

Any Wild Card request must be submitted to the Ohio Valley office before the Ohio Valley Midwest Qualifier entry deadline: June 5, 2016.

To withdraw before registration closes you go online to the tournament web site and click on edit registration on the left hand column, then click on withdraw and follow the prompts. After registration closes withdraw by sending an e-mail, subject line withdrawal, player name, and age division. The time received on the e-mail will be used for documentation - MY REPLY is your proof that your withdrawal has been received.

We are starting at 8 am on Saturday with doubles so will need all the team pairings by Tuesday at 6pm. If you do not wish to play doubles please let us know that as well so we can take you off that list. Please check your e-mail as we are e-mailing updated doubles information, pairings that we already have are showing on line.
