This tournament will be a 64 play Feed-in consolation draw with a 32 draw single elimination doubles event. If more than 64 players enter, each area association is guaranteed two positions in the draw and the remaining selections will be based upon the most recent Midwest Standings List as of the entry deadline.

Any Wild Card request must be submitted to the Ohio Valley office before the Ohio Valley Midwest Qualifier entry deadline: June 5, 2016.

To withdraw before registration closes you go online to the tournament web site and click on edit registration on the left hand column, then click on withdraw and follow the prompts. After registration closes withdraw by sending an e-mail, subject line withdrawal, player name, and age division. The time received on the e-mail will be used for documentation - MY REPLY is your proof that your withdrawal has been received.

If raining on the day of your match, please call 321-1772 for tournament information and updates.

This tournament will be using a third set super tiebreaker in lieu of a third set.

THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT. In the event of rain and we must go indoors to complete the tournament, each participant will be responsible for their half of the indoor fee.
