Tournament Stringer
Adam Ruckman will be stringing racquets. He will NOT be onsite, so he can only guarantee overnight service. If you need a racquet strung, you can call or text him at (618) 974-4125. The cost is $15 if you provide your own string.

10-Point Tiebreaker in Lieu of 3rd Set
A 10-point tiebreaker will be played in lieu of a 3rd set except for main draw semi-final and final rounds.

Ad scoring will be observed.

Shortened Match Format
If rain or extreme heat occurs, we may adopt a shortened format such as a 8 game pro set with no ad scoring.

Indoor Play at Principia
The Hexberg Indoor Tennis Center at Principia College may be used in the event of extended rain. Players will be asked to pay $5 per indoor match.

Free Lunch, T-shirts, Gatorade, ...
A free lunch will be served on Saturday at Lewis & Clark (courtesy of Claywell Asset Management). Free t-shirts will be given to all participants at check in at Lewis & Clark (courtesy of Fast Eddie's Bon Air). Free bananas, water and gatorade will be available (courtesy of Andy Simpson, Donnewald Distributing and Roberts Ford)

Racquet Drive
The Simpson Memorial Tennis Program is collecting racquets to donate to kids programs in the Riverbend area. Especially if you have old childrens' racquets just collecting dust in your garage, please bring them to the tournament. Thank you!
