Due to a short but very hard rain, we are delaying match start times by 15 minutes. It may be a little more, I will try to get an accurate estimate and update more if necessary. Draws have been updated!

The tournament will be run at two sites this weekend: Mason District Park and Jefferson District Park. If you see MASON next to your match time, your match is at Mason District Park. If you see JEFF next to your match time, your match is at Jefferson District Park. Addresses and directions below in the Important Information. Warmup courts will be available on Saturday and Sunday morning at Mason District Park before 8 AM. After that, there are two courts available at Roundtree Park 3411 Casilear Rd, Falls Church, VA 22042 and 4 courts available at Jeb Stuart Highschool 3301 Peace Valley Ln, Falls Church, VA 22044. Both are within 10 minutes of Mason District Park, the first is closer but the second has a greater chance of not being filled with public. Warmup courts may be available before 12:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday at Jefferson District Park, but this is not guaranteed. However, there are 7 courts at Falls Church Highschool that are almost always open 7521 Jaguar Trail, Falls Church, VA 22042 and they are about 5 minutes away. There is a wall at Jefferson that almost always has room.

In order to accommodate large draws, Level 5's may be run over 3 days. This tournament is sanctioned for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Monday will only be used if we have large numbers of players. Girls 10's will be played on Sunday. If adults have to play on Monday, it will be in the evening. We hope that this does not impact your decision to sign up for our tournament. If it does, you may of course withdraw online before the Tuesday midnight deadline. Hope to see you this weekend!

Please Be On Time!

Players should check in and be ready to play (warmed up, stretched, and been to the restroom) at least 15 minutes before the match start time.
If a court is open, we will get the match started asap in order to avoid any delays later in the day!

Important Information:

Tournament Notes are VERY important, please be sure to read them thoroughly! New Notes may be posted throughout the week and weekend, please check tournament website for new notes, as well as confirm start times of next match on the draw, well before your coming match!

Rain Policy:

If it rains and matches have not yet begun for the day, matches may need to be delayed by one or more hours, or even cancelled for the day. If this happens, an update will be posted on the tournament homepage at least one hour before the time for the first matches of the day. If it rains and matches are already being played, players will be called off the courts. Tournament director will take scores and tell players when to return to finish matches. An update will then be posted on the tournament homepage. Please continue to check the tournament homepage. If there is rain on a tournament weekend, match formats may be shortened, consolations may be cancelled, worst case tournament may be considered complete.

Jefferson Park (JEFF): 7900 Lee Highway Falls Church VA 22042 Notes: Once you get to the park, go left at the mini golf to get to the tennis courts. If you need to use the restroom, go right at the mini golf to the main golf center. Restrooms are in the front door to the right. From the South: Take 495 towards Tysons (West). Take Exit 50B, Route 50/Arlington Blvd East. Keep right to take the Fairview Park ramp. Take left onto Fairview Park Drive. Take Fairfview Park through traffic light at Lee Highway and turn left into Jefferson Park. From the North: Take 495 to Exit 50A, Route 50/Arlington Blvd West. Merge onto Gallows Road towards Lee Hwy/Route 29. Take Gallows Road 4 to 5 traffic lights, make a right onto Lee Highway. At second light, make a left. Turn left into Jefferson Park.

Match Formats -

BG12-18 and Mens main draw matches will best two out of three sets, regular scoring (with adds). If players split sets, they will play a supertiebreaker (first to 10 points win by two points) is played in lieu of a third set.

Consolation matches will be best two out of three short sets (sets to 4, tiebreakers at 4-4), no add scoring. If players split sets, a supertiebreaker (first to 10 points win by two points) is played in lieu of a third set.

10&U matches will be best two out of three short sets. Short sets are first to 4 games. At 3-3, one more game is played to determine the winner. If players split sets, a tiebreaker first to 7 points win by 2 points will be played. No add scoring throughout.

Mason District Park (MASON) - 6621 Columbia Pike Annandale, VA 22003 Notes: Once you turn into the park, go right and up the hill. Courts are in the back right corner of parking lot. Bathrooms are the building at the end of the lot. From 495, take Little River Turnpike East towards Annandale. After a couple of miles, make a left onto John Marr Drive (there is a large KMart on one side and a Popeyes on the other side). Make a right onto Columbia Pike. Mason District Park is about one mile down Columbia Pike on the right. From 395, take Rte 7/Leesburg Pike Northwest. Approximately 2-3 miles, take 244/Columbia Pike West. Mason District Park is about 3 miles down Columbia Pike on the left.

DIRECTIONS FROM MASON DISTRICT TO JEFFERSON DISTRICT PARK:

Take a left onto Columbia Pike. At the traffic light, make a right onto Gallows Road. At the next traffic light, turn right to stay on Gallows Road (sign may read Annandale Rd, it turns back into Gallows Road). Approximately 5 miles on Gallows Road, make a right onto Lee Highway. Turn left onto Fairview Park Road at the 4th traffic light. Turn left into Jefferson District Park. Turn left to get to tennis courts parking lot.
