Friday weather update
Current weather radar projection shows clearing by 1:00 pm if courts are dry we
will start on time with regular format, best of three sets using a 10 point
match tiebreak in lieu of a third set. Delays may require using the 8 game pro
set format to complete the first round matches. Keep checking I will update
weather and match times.

Rain Contingency Plan
Rain is predicted 80% for Friday night and possibly into Saturday morning
because of this matches played Friday may consist of an 8 games Pro Set regular scoring with a 10 point match tiebreak at 8 all. Matches not played Friday may be played Sat Morning also consisting of an 8 game Pro Set with 10 point match tiebreak at 8 all. The Saturday schedule to follow, if inclement weather continues format may also be shortened for Saturday matches

the facility; there may be some time changes and possible delays.
Sunday’s rounds of matches will be best of three sets using
a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set.

Chance of Rain
There is a chance of rain Friday and Saturday. Any Friday afternoon matches not completed
will be played Saturday Morning. Should this be necessary start times for some
Saturday matches may be changed and the scoring format may be modified in order
to complete the tournament.

Check in
Players should check in at the tournament desk 15 minutes before each
match time and be ready to play. The USTA 15 minute default rule will be
enforced. IMPORTANT Remember to check the tournament website/draw before
leaving for your match to check for any changes.

Scoring Method
Best of three sets using 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of the third
set. Single elimination. All 10 and under matches will be played with the green
Ball (or green dot ball) on a standard sized 78' court. There is no racket
restriction with this ball

Large/Small Divisions
Large divisions may have a match on Friday afternoon May 1, (after 3:30
pm) Events may be combined or cancelled and entry fees refunded in divisions
that have an insufficient number of entries

Refunds
Entry fees are refundable if player withdraws more than seven days prior
to the start of the tournament. Please request refunds online prior to the
close of entries
|
Weather
In the event of inclement weather, alternative scoring may be used at
the discretion of the referee.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
