Draws and Schedule has been posted for the Polar Doubles. Remember that dates may reflect from last weekend. Please pay attention to the day of the week you play.

Friday Night - light snacks/bananas/water will be available.
Saturday Afternoon- light snacks/bananas/water will be available.
Saturday Evening - light dinner will be provided for evening players.
Sunday Morning - breakfast items/snacks/bananas/water will be available.
Sunday afternoon - light snacks/bananas/water will be available.

1). Please dedicate your weekend to the playing your scheduled tournament matches.
2). Check tournament website often for match times, and tournament information. Initial match times will be posted no later than 5pm Wednesday, January 11th.
3). After finishing a match, please report scores promptly! There will another match waiting for the court you just vacated.
4). We want your tournament experience to be superb. There may be occasions when delays may occur as courts open allowing your scheduled match to be played.

If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online.
Click on "Edit Registration," then "Withdraw." You will need your original confirmation number.
All withdrawals after entries close must be sent in writing by email (reid.kinlaw@townofcary.org).
Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline/selection will not be refunded their entry fee.

Matches will begin as early at 5:30 PM Friday afternoon if draws dictate...

Draws are limited to 16 teams per division.

Only adults (18&over) may play this event. You must be 18 my the first day of the tournament.

All players need to have an NTRP rating prior to playing this tournament. If you do not have a rating, you can self-rate yourself by:
1. Go to www.nctennis.com.
2. Click on TennisLink under Quick Hits on the right side of the page.
3. Log in to your USTA account or CREATE an account (right side of the page in RED) if you do not
currently have one. Player will need his USTA#.
4. Click on "Self Rate" under the "Find NTRP Rating Info" search box.
5. Follow the instructions and answer the questions provided.
If your minimum rating allowed is higher than you anticipated, make sure to click on the link to file a self- rate appeal.

Players may only enter 1 Doubles event and 1 Mixed Doubles event.

Directions from anywhere in N.C. to the Cary Tennis Park 2727 Louis Stephens Drive From northwest of Cary to Cary Tennis Park: From Interstate 40 East, take exit #278 on the right. Go 0.2 miles. Turn right onto NC -55 South. Go 6.5 miles. Turn left onto Morrisville Carpenter Road. Go 0.1 miles. Turn right onto Carpenter-Upchurch Road. Go 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Louis Stevens Drive. Go 0.8 miles. Turn left into Cary Tennis Park.

From south of Cary to Cary Tennis Park: On NC 55, cross US 1 at Apex and continue on NC 55. Go 6 miles. Turn right onto High House Road. Turn left onto Carpenter Upchurch Road, Turn right onto Louis Stephens Dr. Turn left into Cary Tennis Park (2727 Louis Stephens Dr).

From southeast of Raleigh to Cary Tennis Park: From Interstate 40 West coming into Raleigh, pass exit #301 and bear left onto I-40 West/I-440/Inner Beltline. Go 8 miles. Take exit #293A onto US 64 West / US 1 South (not north) Go 2 miles. Take the exit on the right onto Cary Parkway. Go 5 miles. Turn left onto High House Road. Turn right onto Davis Dr. Turn left onto Preston Village Way. Turn left onto Circle on the Green Dr. Turn left onto Upchurch Meadow Rd. Turn Right onto Louis Stephens Dr. Turn left into Cary Tennis Park (2727 Louis Stephens Dr).
