FIRST MATCH TIME REPORT::::Read Everything at this Site Read Everything at this Site The First Match Time Report is

are in the brackets. Draws will be visible Friday early afternoon. All matches are at Hudlow. AFTER YOUR MATCH, DO NOT LEAVE THE TENNIS CENTER WITHOUT CHECKING THE POSTED DRAWS FOR YOUR NEXT MATCH TIME.

3-MINUTE REST PERIOD
There is NO need to get an umpire. Juniors receive a mandatory 3-minute
rest period after the second set when a match-tiebreak is played in
lieu of the third set. Coaching is permitted, but the player must stay
on the court. After the 3-minute rest period, no further coaching is
allowed. If needed, a bathroom break can be taken after the 3-minute
rest period. If a player takes a bathroom break during the 3-minute
rest period, the player waives the right to further coaching. No
coaching is allowed during the bathroom break...REMEMBER::There is NO need to get an umpire.

1.4 miles west of the interstate in Best Friend Park (on the left),

NO FRIDAY PLAY
Play will begin on Saturday. Friday weather may be wet, which is not good for tennis . Thus, the weekend days will be longer and more compressed than normal. MATCH TIMES WILL BE AVAILABLE THURSDAY EVENING. Since there is no Friday play, this gives more time to read everything at this site. .

REFUND/WITHDRAWAL POLICY ...Posted 3-2
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are weather
issues and no matches are played, then you will get a 3/4 credit to
another tournament offered by the above-named organization.
Otherwise, there are no refunds. WITHDRAWALS: Before the entry deadline, withdraw on-line. After the deadline, withdraw via e-mail.

LATE ENTRIES---Posted 3-21
Per 2015
GTA regulations, late entries can be accepted at the tournament's
discretion as long as the posted seeding is not affected. There will be an additional $10 fee.

FRIDAY START TIME----Posted 4-17
Friday matches will start at 5:00pm. If you
cannot be there for a 5:00pm match, then you must state via e-mail
(Subject line:::: "Friday Start Time") your earliest Friday start time,
but no later than 6:30pm. This must be done by Monday the week of the
tournament start.

LIMIT-16 DRAW---Selection Process...Posted 3-21
Per GTA Level 3,4 and 5 regulations, this tournament has a 16-draw
limit. Selections for Georgia players will be made primarily by using the most recent
Georgia Standing Lists...Selections for Out of State players will be based
on their Sectional or National standing.. Younger players playing "up"
will be considered if they are in the top 30 of the next lower age group
Georgia standing.list. In a 16 draw, there can possibly be 4
from the next lower age group. 10 and under players will not be
considered for selection in a upper age group based on their 10 and
under standing.

GEORGIA LEVEL 4 TOURNAMENT. CONSOLATION - FIC through
Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may
not finish. Boys/Girls 12 & Under divisions will use stage 1
green/green dot balls on a 78' court for Level 4 & 5
tournaments. Boys/Girls 10's must play all matches on a 60' court
with a 25" racket and use low compression balls. Limit 16 draw.
Playing times will be available late on April 10. Adult league play
may factor into the scheduling of weekend morning and afternoon
play. Barring weather problems. Refund Policy: No refunds for
withdrawals after the tournament deadline. Officials for every 8
courts. Trophies awarded to winners and runners-up. Consolation
finalists will receive awards. Any match times found on the
Internet, outside of the First Match Time Report, are unofficial.
Official match times only may be found on the posted draw sheets at
the tournament sites. Players must check the posted draw sheets to
get their match time and the location. Scoring Format: Main Draw
and Consolation for BG 12-18 (2 sets with a 3rd set match
tie-break) Scoring format for BG10s will be 2 out of 3 short sets
(sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the 3rd set (both
Main and Consolation draws). CHAMPIONSHIP - Open to all players
regardless of ranking.

Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
