It is not raining however the courts have some puddles. All 8am matches please report at 8:30am. All other matches are to report on time.

ALL communication please email Stephen.Poulos@townofcary.org. This helps provide a paper copy to all concerns, withdrawls, and changes. All withdrawls must be done via email.

Please bring this with you when you check in to the tournament more info

* It is the PLAYER'S responsibility to know their next match time and show up in a timely manner

* ALL USTA RULES WILL BE ENFORCED FOR LATENESS
* All Players should report 30 minutes prior to EACH match through out the tournament.

The Advanced 8 & under division will be played Saturday March 5th: START TIME 1:00 PM. Matches will be a Round Robin format and played on the 36ft courts with Wilson Red Balls. Players are required to use racquets that are 23in or shorter (all racquets will be measured at check-in). Serves must go diagonally into the correct box. First serves must be hit out of the air into the correct service box, second serves can be hit off of the bounce still into the correct service box. Scoring will be 2 out of 3 games to 7 points, win by 2 points. Players will serve two points each. A change of ends will occur after each game.

For each event, the top 16 ranked players will be selected based on the most recent USTA North Carolina standing list. Please sign up for the age group you wish to play. No late entries will be accepted.

All 12s-18s singles will be best 2 out of 3 sets with a match tie break in lieu of a 3rd set.

The Boy's and Girl's 10s divisions will use the Wilson Orange Ball, 60 ft courts, and all players must use a racket that is 25in or shorter (all rackets will be measured at check-in). Scoring will be two out of three sets to 4 games with ads. A 7 point tiebreaker is played at 4-4. A 7 point tiebreaker will be played in lieu of the 3rd set.

The 8s division will be played over the course of just a few hours. High school and Junior Team Tennis players that are first time tournament players can present a voucher to tournament director when checking in for first match. more info

All withdrawals should be emailed to the tournament director's email listed above. Withdrawals received after the deadline, are not eligible for a refund. This is NC Tennis Policy.

NCTA Rain Policy for all sanctioned tournaments 1. Any division where play has begun – no refund 2. Any division where no play has begun – a partial refund after deductions for actual expenses. 3. All completed scores must be reported. Incomplete matches are recorded as ABANDONED( match started but Referee decided not to complete) matches. Matches never started are recorded as UNPLAYED 4. It is at the discretion of the tournament committee if the entire tournament is canceled due to inclement weather. 5. Check the alternate scoring methods for inclement weather

Take exit #293A onto US 64 West / US 1 South (not north) Go 2 miles. Take the exit on the right onto Cary Parkway. Go 5 miles. Turn left onto High House Road.
