posted. (EMAIL WAS ALSO SENT FROM USTA DATABASE THIS MORNING 6AM)
We tried
very hard to accommodate everyone’s time requests but some may have been hard
with a 1.5 day tournament, 130 players, & 210 ENTRANTS!
This will be
one of our largest tournaments & we always try to give everyone as many
matches as possible. We will have feed
in consolation & playoff for 3rd & 4th place.
1. Singles Scoring will be regular 2 out of 3 with a 10
point tiebreaker.
2. Doubles Scoring - We will also have consolation for
doubles & in order to do this we will use shortened set format which means
they will play 2 sets with a 10 point tiebreaker & start each set at
3-3. This will give them the opportunity
to play more matches instead of single elimination.
3. Trophies & Awards will be updated soon with pictures of
our NEW EXTRA LARGE TROPHIES
4. PIZZA PARTY & LUNCH – 1:00 Saturday we will have Pizza for
the players & guests\family members may purchase a ticket or $1 per slice.
5. Shirts – Reminder players had to sign up by Feb 10 to get the
T-shirt bonus. If you did not sign up by
Feb 10 you may purchase one at the discounted rate of $10
6. Warm-up & Practice Courts – will be updated soon.

WE HAVE A BUNCH OF ENTRIES THAT HAVE TO BE PUT IN & THIS TOURNAMENT IS GOING TO BE A BIG EVENT! WE SHOULD HAVE EVERYTHING UPDATED BY TONIGHT BUT PLEASE DO NOT WAIT TILL THEN TO REGISTER BECAUSE WE MAY HAVE TO LIMIT DRAWS! WE WILL PLAY FRIDAY & SATURDAY WITH NO PLAY ON SUNDAY. MORE UPDATES TONIGHT.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, February 23, 2016 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
