CHECK IN 30 MINUTES ahead of your MATCH TIMES at the FACILITY you are scheduled to play.
FOR COURTHOUSE :Please stop and check in at the member service desk first before proceeding to the courts.
With New Ownership comes change. Everyone who enters the club has to complete a Guest Waiver for the facility. This will apply to parents, players, supporters or any one in your group. It only takes a few minutes. If you have been to the facility since January 2016 and already completed a waiver, you will be check in at the member services desk.

INITIAL TIMES ARE AVAILABLE ON THE DRAWS.
CHECK FOR FINAL MATCH TIMES TODAY AROUND 4PM. TIMES MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON SITE AVAILABILITY.
A few matches will be played at St Andrews High School.

Exit I55 at Ridgeland Exit. Enter the school grounds from Old Agency Road. Use the entrance at Greenwood Xing.

IMPORTANT DOUBLES UPDATE
IF you want to play doubles, you have until 5pm Friday to email the director with your doubles partner name.
Doubles draws will be finalized after 5pm Friday.

NO PLAY ON FRIDAY DUE TO HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL GAMES AND CHEER/DANCE TEAMS
The tournament will start on Saturday due to conflict with many local High school football games.

DOUBLES ONLY division available for 16's and 18's
If you are in Junior High or High school and only interested in playing doubles and not singles, email me at eviljoen@ummcwellnes.com for instructions on how to sign up.
We may be able to accommodate this only for 16's and 18's. Those divisions will play full best out of three set matches instead of pro-sets. Draw will also offer Consolation. Players can also enter in singles if they want to. Regular 16's and 18's Singles divisions also available.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, August 24, 2016 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
