3-MINUTE REST PERIOD
There is NO need to get an umpire. Juniors receive a mandatory 3-minute rest period after the second set when a match-tiebreak is played in lieu of the third set. Coaching is permitted, but the player must stay on the court. After the 3-minute rest period, no further coaching is allowed. If needed, a bathroom break can be taken after the 3-minute rest period. If a player takes a bathroom break during the 3-minute rest period, the player waives the right to further coaching. No coaching is allowed during the bathroom break...REMEMBER::There is NO need to get an umpire.

Hudlow Tennis Center (A second site may be
used.) is located off the Jimmy Carter Blvd. exit of I-85 and is about
1.4 miles west of the interstate in Best Friend Park (on the left),
not on Best Friend Road!!. Internet/GPS directions to Hudlow Tennis

LIMIT-16 DRAW---Selection Process...Posted 12-1
Per GTA Level 3 regulations, this tournament has a 16-draw
limit. Selections will be made primarily by using the most recent
Southern Standing Lists. For example, in a 16 draw, there will be
14 from that age group and 2 from the lower age group. Players with a
Southern Standing from the lower age group in the top 20 will be
considered

REFUND/WITHDRAWAL POLICY ...Posted 12-1 REFUNDS:
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are weather
issues and no matches are played, then you will get a 3/4 credit to
another tournament offered by the above-named organization.
Otherwise, there are no refunds. WITHDRAWALS: Before the entry deadline, withdraw on-line. After the deadline, withdraw via e-mail.

LATE ENTRIES---Posted 12-1 Per 2015
GTA regulations, late entries can be accepted at the tournament's
discretion as long as the seeding is not affected.

GEORGIA LEVEL 3 SUPER CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT. The draws are
limited to 16, with a full FIC and 3/4 playoff in the main draw. On
Sunday three FIC matches will be played. Selections will be made
primarily by using Sectional Standings (16 draw: 14 from the age
group and 2 from the lower age group. Players with a Sectional
Standing from the lower age group in the top 20 will be
considered.) The scoring format for BG12-18 for main draw and FICs
is 2 out of 3 sets with a 3rd set ten (10) point match tie-break.
BG10s scoring for main draw & consolation will be short sets
with a 3rd set seven (7) point "Match" tie-break. Seeding will also
be done according to Sectional Standings. T-shirts. Boys/Girls 10's
must play all matches on a 60' court with a 25" racket and use low
compression balls. Playing times will be available late on Jan. 29.
ADDITIONAL SITES MAY BE USED (about 25 minutes from the main site)
and this is more likely to occur during the Spring and Fall league
seasons. Also, adult league play may factor into the scheduling of
weekend morning and afternoon play. Refund Policy: No refunds for
withdrawals after the deadline. A partial credit will be given for
players who only play one match. Officials for every 8 courts.
Trophies awarded to winners and runners-up. Consolation finalists
will receive awards. Any match times found on the Internet, outside
of the First Match Time Report, are unofficial. Official match
times only may be found on the posted draw sheets at the tournament
sites. Players must check the posted draw sheets to get their match
time and the location. SUPER CHAMPIONSHIP - Open to all players
regardless of ranking. Limit 16 draw.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
