TOURNAMENT HOTEL INFORMATION
It has been brought to my attention that the Big 10 Football game is the same weekend in Indy. Unfortunately none of the UIndy preferred hotels will honor the usual rate we are allowed. I suggest looking for hotels in Greenwood (15 minutes away), the airport (25 minutes) or southside of Carmel (30 minutes) for more reasonable rates. I did find a LaQuinta hotel in greenwood with a current rate of $109 for this weekend.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 52 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
2 - 12 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
1 - Top 8 seeds based on UTR
2- Seeds 9-16 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List

POINTS PER ROUND

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
The Singles Main Draw will play best 3 tiebreak sets. The Singles Consolation Draw will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. 64 FIC draw.

ORDER OF PLAY
Play will begin each day at 8:00 am.
Saturday will play 2 rounds of the main draw and one round of consolation
Sunday will play 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation
Monday will play 2 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation

WARM UP COURTS
Warm up courts are available each morning of the tournament, from 7:00-8:00 am, at no charge to players. Reservations are not accepted or necessary.

TOURNAMENT REFUNDS
Tournament fees will not be refunded, for any reason, once player selections are made.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, November 17, 2016 11:59:00 PM Indiana Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
