IF YOU DID NOT CHECK IN ON FRIDAY, GO DIRECTLY to your SITE at your scheduled time on Saturday. Your player packet and t-shirt will be at the Court One Athletic Club - East Club, 2291 Research Circle, Okemos, Mi 48864. The hours are 9am - 6pm Saturday - Tuesday. 12:00 noon.The t-shirts are being printed on site at the club. After Tuesday the t-shirt and player packet will no longer be available. No t-shirts will be shipped.

Saturday, all players are asked to report 30 minutes prior to their first round match time at the site of their first match time.

Doubles times will be given out on Saturday at your singles site after your singles match has been played.

There will be 2 rounds of Doubles on Saturday and 2 rounds of Doubles on Sunday.
Monday Semis of Doubles - all age groups at Okemos High School (OHS)
Tuesday: Final of Doubles - all age groups at Okemos High School (OHS)

The doubles draws will be 64 team single elimination draws. Doubles will play 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point Match Tiebreaker for the 3rd set.
The deadline to sign up for doubles is THURSDAY, JUNE 23 at NOON ET. If both players did not enter with their partner online before the singles deadline, BOTH players MUST email the Midwest Office at jrtourney@midwest.usta.com with your team's names, gender, age division, and cell phone # to be entered into the doubles draw.
If you wish to be paired with a partner at random, please mention that in your email and we will put you on a list with other players who want to be paired in your age division.
Please do not contact the tournament director for entry into the doubles draws, as this will be handled solely by the Midwest Office.

Player selection is determined based off of the USTA/Midwest Quota system. Please use the following link for more details about the player selection process.


32 players will be seeded in each singles draw. The top 16 seeds will be done using Universal Tennis Rating (UTR). The remaining 16 seeds will be based on the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standings list. more info

You must qualify through your district endorser to qualify for this tournament.

If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

The Singles Draw will play best 3 tiebreak sets. The Doubles Draw will be played as best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10 point tiebreak in lieu of a third set.

To receive your first match time and site click on the Future Match Report above in blue print on the tournament website. This will also show you your next singles time win/loss.
Times will be available on the Future Match Report by Wednesday,June 22, 6pm.

STRINGING
Tournament stringing will be available. Racquets can be dropped off and pick up at Court One Athletic Club, 2291 Research Circle, Okemos, Mi 48864. The stringing fee is $17.00 if own string is provided and prices vary based on sting if Court One provides the string,

The Deity Rule will be in effect for this tournament.
Deity Rule - Players outburst with reference to a deity (God, Jesus, Allah, etc.) with or without cursing shall be coded if their words have been heard by parents, spectators.

PLEASE NOTE:
Video tapping will not be allowed at this TOURNAMENT since the playing sites are to spread out to monitor this activity.
