First round match times are now online. Matches will be held at SYCAMORE HIGH SCHOOL (SYC) AND SYCAMORE JUNIOR HIGH (JH). Please look carefully at your time AND SITE DESIGNATION. (SYC) is the high school and (JH) is the junior high.

We will be using Sycamore High School, 7400 Cornell Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249, and Sycamore Junior High, 5757 Cooper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242 tennis courts. Rain site for Saturday and Sunday....is Queen City Racquet Club, 11275 Chester Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. In the event of rain we may move indoors. If we need to do this there will be a $10.00 charge for each singles match and $5.00 for each doubles match that a player plays indoors.

We are planning on starting on Saturday with doubles so we will need all the team pairings by Wednesday at 6pm. If you do not wish to play doubles please let us know that as well so we can take you off that list. Pairings that we already have will show up online.

There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason after the draw has been made.

This tournament will be a 64 player Feed-in consolation draw with a 32 draw single elimination doubles event. If more than 64 players enter, each area association is guaranteed two positions in the draw and the remaining selections will be based upon the most recent Midwest Standings List as of the entry deadline.

If you are taking the ACT test on Saturday, June 11, you must be available to play by 2;00pm. You MUST notify me by email (dorianna.queencity@inbox.com) no later than 6:00pm on Saturday, June 4 that you are taking the test (otherwise we will not be able to accommodate later start times). It is recommended that you request a local (Cincinnati) test site in order to be able to play by 2:00pm

We can only contact you using the information you enter when you register so we suggest you enter your e-mail, and cell phone number as well as a home number. This event is open to all age and sex eligible Ohio Valley Players. We expect that everyone who applies will get in as last year only the B16's had a full draw.

Any Wild Card request must be submitted to the Ohio Valley office before the Ohio Valley Midwest Qualifier entry deadline: June 5, 2016.

To withdraw before registration closes you go online to the tournament web site and click on edit registration on the left hand column, then click on withdraw and follow the prompts. After registration closes withdraw by sending an e-mail, subject line withdrawal, player name, and age division. The time received on the e-mail will be used for documentation - MY REPLY is your proof that your withdrawal has been received.
