Tournament Window Issue
Thank you so much for your patience today as we worked through a new system since we were unable to pass out balls to the players at the tournament window. We fixed the problem by removing the speaker, and things progressed smoothly.

WARM-UP COURTS
The facility will open at 7AM. Courts will be available until 745am to warm-up. After that time, there will not be any official warm-up courts at JDS.

SPLIT DRAWS
On Friday, I sent an email to ask permission to split the draws in each division that had 20 or more players. I was given permission, so proceeded to process the players, and split the draws. I then received a call to say that GA Level 3's were prohibited to splitting draws, but since I had already processed the players and split the draws, I was informed to carry on, so the seeding was done and posted. Today, I received a message that I CANNOT split the draws, and this decision is final. It was explained that if everyone is allowed into a GA Level 3, then why have GA Level 4's? These tournaments are designed for players to accumulate points to be selected into a GA Level 3. My deepest apologies to all the players who now won't be able to play. I am requesting that TennisLink reverse the charges back to you.
