MATCH START TIMES FRI, SAT & SUN
We do realize that many parents do work for a living consequently we will not start matches until 6:00 P.M. on Friday weather permitting. For both Saturday & Sunday we will begin match play at 8:00 A.M. so that as many matches as possible will be played hwile it is still cool.

GEORGIA LEVEL 4 TOURNAMENT. Boys/Girls 12 & Under divisions
will use stage 1 green/green dot balls on a 78' court for Level 4
& 5 tournaments. Boys/Girls 10 & Under divisions will be
played on a 60-ft court with a 25" racket, and use low compression
balls. FIC consolation through Quarterfinals. 3rd & 4th round
playoffs. Some consolations may not finish. T-shirts to all
participants. Scoring format for BG12-18 - 2 sets with 3rd set
match tie-break. Singles scoring format for BG10s will be 2 out of
3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the 3rd
set (both Main and Consolation draws. CHAMPIONSHIP - Open to all
players regardless of ranking.
Tennis Recruiting.net National Showcase Series
Tournaments in the National Showcase Series are USTA sanctioned
junior tournaments open to players from all sections. These
tournaments are designed to give a broad range of players the
chance to compete outside their districts and sections - and these
tournaments will count toward Tennis Recruiting rankings. Players
who compete in these tournaments and win at least one match will
become "national players" for the purpose of determining event
quality for other tournaments

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
