You may only enter 12 and under green dot ball or 12 and under yellow ball..NOT BOTH!!
You must play doubles in the same division in which you play singles.
Be sure you sign up in the correct divison. You will not be allowed to change divisions after the deadline.

Doubles registration will remain open until Saturday, May 28 at 11.30 am at Ridgeland Tennis Center.This must be done onsite at RTC. No entries will be accepted after that time.
If signing up online, you must indicate partner. Both players must be in agreement before registering.

You must play Doubles in the same division as you are signed up in Singles

All players must have a Birth Certificate on file in the Southern office for proof of US citizenship. Green cards will be accepted, but passports will not.

Kent Shultz will be at RTC Saturday, Sunday, and Monday to answer questions concerning Southern Closed and rules and regulations.

Prior to your first match you must register for the tournament at Ridgeland Tennis Center rat least 30 minutes before your first match. If you are playing at a site other than Ridgeland, you must allow enough time to be at your site 30 mintues before the match time. For matches after you have checked in for the tournament at Ridgeland, you may report directly to your site 30 minutes before the match time.

Lunch will be served to the players on Saturday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. at Ridgeland Tennis Center only.

This is a LEVEL1 Mississippi tournament and a LEVEL 3 Southern tournament.

Seedings will be based on the most recent Southern Standings immediately following the entry deadline.

If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do it online. Click on registration, then withdraw. You will get a confirmation number- KEEP THIS NUMBER- Without the confirmation number, you will not have proof that you withdrew. All withdrawals after entries close must be sent by email to ridgelandtennis@bellsouth.net

All main draw matches, divisions 12-18, will be the best 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring. All consolation matches, divisions 12-18, play a 10 point tie break in lieu of a third set.
!0 and Under Scoring: Best of 2 short sets to 4-4 (reguilar scoring) with a Set Tie break (7point tie break) for the third. Set tie break is at 4-4 in first two short sets (at 4 all not at 3 all)
