All singles matches for the remainder of the tournament will be 2 sets with a match tiebreak for the third set.

MATCH TIMES
First round match times are now available for singles and doubles. Thanks for your patience. The draws will be posted on Friday. We have 50 doubles teams, so if you are one of the top 14 seeds in doubles, you will now start doubles on Sunday. We will play only the first round of doubles day one. Sunday, doubles will play the round of 32 and round of 16 after singles is completed for the day. Doubles matches will be scheduled for 5pm on Sunday.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 1 - 104 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament 2 - 24 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: 1 - Top 16 seeds based on UTR 2- Seeds 17-32 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List

POINTS PER ROUND
This tournament carries with it Level 2 USTA/Midwest points per round, Level 4 USTA National Singles ,and Level 3 USTA National Doubles points per round. For more information on USTA/Midwest points per round, please visit the following link:

MATCH SCORING
The Singles Main Draw will play best 3 tiebreak sets. The Singles Consolation Draw will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. Doubles will be an 8 game pro set.

DOUBLES
If you have not signed up for doubles as of yet, you still can. Please email Scott Carson at scarson@westernracquetclub.com All players that are signed up for doubles and do not have a partner, will be paired after the doubles sign up deadline. The deadline for signing up for doubles is Wednesday 7/20 at noon.

ORDER OF PLAY
Play will begin Saturday morning at 8am with one round of doubles. We will then play two rounds of singles Sunday play will begin at 8am. We will start with singles, the Main Draw will play 2 that day and the FIC will play up to 3 matches. We will end the day with doubles round of 32 and round of 16 matches. Monday play will begin at 8am. We will have two rounds of Main Draw singles and two rounds of FIC singles. We will end the day with doubles, qf's and semis. Tuesday play will begin at 8am. All remaining singles and doubles matches will be played. The FIC draw ends in the semifinals.

TOURNAMENT HOTEL INFORMATION
The Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel, 375 S Moorland Rd Brookfield, WI 53005, will be offering a discounted rate. Please call 262-364-1100, the room rate is $95 per night. The hotel is now sold out for the weekend.

PLAY SITE LOCATIONS & PRACTICE COURTS
The main host site for the tournament is Western Racquet Club(WRC)in Elm Grove, WI. We will use 8 courts for tournament play at the club. There will not be any courts available for warm up at Western Racquet Club during tournament play. If you would like to warm up close to Western Racquet Club you can practice at Elm Grove Park at 13600 Juneau Blvd, Elm Grove. The other site for tournament play is Heyer Park-1209 Heyer Dr, Waukesha. We will use 14 courts for tournament play. There are 4 courts at Heyer that we will not use for play and they will be available for warm up on a first come first serve basis. Another location for practice courts in Waukesha is Buchner Park 223 Oakland Ave, Waukehsa.

LATE SEEDED PLAYER WITHDRAW POLICY
The Tournament Director and committee is not required to re-seed the draw if a withdraw occurs after Friday at 12:00 noon before the tournament begins. An Alternate may be inserted on the draw line where the seed withdrew and no match times are affected for the remaining players
