Central Cal NTRP - TOY 4.0, 4.5

FORMAT
This tournament is single elimination (No-ad scoring) with a match point tie breaker in lieu of a third set. Play may begin Friday after 5pm to accommodate a large number of entries.. Shirts are pre ordered so there is no guarantee on shirt size but we make up for that with a players dinner Saturday at 6:30pm.

WITHDRAWALS
If a player must withdraw from the tournament before the entry deadline. It can be done online at the entry website. Select, "Edit Registration" on the right and follow directions on the ensuing page. If a player must withdraw from the tournament after the deadline, contact the Tournament Director at (530) 300-4036 and/or email jason2135@sbcglobal.net

AVOIDANCE'S
Special scheduling requests will not be considered.

REFUNDS
Refunds will not be given after the registration closes UNLESS the Tournament gets canceled or there are not enough players in your division.

DOUBLES
Entries must be submitted with a partner. However, just listing your partner's name does not constitute entering unless you also pay your partner's entry fee

PARKING
Parking is available at the club

In the event that there is possible rain. Check the tournament website for updates. If nothing is posted arrive at your scheduled match time and call the tournament director at 530-300-4036 for updates.

PLAYERS DINNER:
Saturday 28th 6:30pm

CHECK IN
Check in will be a Sutter Lawn Tennis Club. Please allow for traffic as it is memorial day weekend. Please check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled match.

MEALS
There is a full service Grill/Deli/Snack Bar at the club where one can order lunch

SACRAMENTO MUSIC FESTIVAL May 27th-30th
The good news is if you lose the first round you can check hit the Sacramento Music Festival. Whether you like modern rock, Dixieland jazz, country, gospel or bluegrass, the 43rd edition of the Sacramento Music Festival continues down the path of musical diversity for 2016.

CLUB AFFILIATION: This tournament will use its best efforts to prevent players from the same club from competing against each other in the first round. Please understand that our efforts are limited by participants who respond to this request. In order for us to attempt to provide this service we need to know your club affiliation. Prior to deadline, please send an email to tournament director with your name, USTA number, name of your partner(s), and your club affiliation(s).

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, May 22, 2016 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
