WITHDRAWING OR MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ENTRY PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE
If entries have not yet closed, a player may withdraw or make changes to their entry by going to the tournament's USTA TennisLink Home Page - the page above. Once in the system, go to the "Edit Registration" on the right hand side of the screen. Select the option that you wish to perfom (withdraw, change partner, etc.) You will need your confirmation number from your original registration to withdraw. (NOTE - online fees are not refunded by tennislink, only your registration fee). Now you can re-register if you wish to change your event(s) or partner(s). If you cannot locate your confirmation number, you will need to contact linkteam@usta.com or the tournament director. Once entries close, entry fees are non-refundable. We recommend that an alternate be substituted in place of the player(s) who cannot attend. Please note that any substitution(s) must be cleared by the tournament director if the seeding has been completed.

SCHEDULING REQUESTS
WE DO NOT OFFER PLAYERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO SUBMIT SCHEDULING REQUESTS.
Players entering need to leave both weekends free and play according to our
schedule. If you have to withdraw, please let us know ASAP. No refunds are given
once the entries close. Please review the following USTA rules: A player may
compete in tournaments with conflicting dates only if tournament directors of
both events give written approval. Therefore, if the player enters two or more
conflicting date tournaments without written approval and is accepted into both
events, the player is subject to suspension points.

PARTNER CHANGES:
Should your partner drop out
you will need to get approval for a change from the tournament chair or
tournament director before match play. Please give yourself at least 30 minutes prior to your match play to have the change approved. Any player that would potentially change the seeds, is already playing or played in one AG event, does not have a valid USTA rating, etc. may be denied. If possible, contact us Tuesday - Friday at the phone number listed above.

RATINGS FOR PLAYERS
Players cannot play below their USTA NTRP rating. If a player does not have a USTA rating, then they must play at or above their club rating. All ratings are subject to verification! Non-disclosure or false information regarding a player’s rating will result in disqualification and forfeiture of entry fee at any time during the tournament. The rating Committee reserves the right to reclassify or disqualify any player or team, regardless of their club rating, or SELF USTA NTRP rating if determined to be overqualified for the division they enter (even during the tournament). Classification of the stronger player will determine the classification of a doubles team. PLEASE REVIEW THE NTRP REFERENCE TABLE (click on more info link) WHICH USES AGE AND HISTORY ACCORDING TO PLAYER EXPERIENCE.
