IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ
Singles match times are posted. Check-in time is 15 minutes before your match and you must be ready to play.
Doubles is now closed. Doubles will start on Wednesday. Doubles draw will be posted on Monday with the singles draw.
Please call the club soon for warm-up courts. We close close at 2 pm Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas. Lots of courts available on December 26. We only have courts on Tuesday from 5 am- 8 am. Tuesday courts can only be reserved for 1/2 hour. You must prepay when you reserve the court.

Tuesday: 2 rounds of front, 1 round of back
Wednesday: 2 rounds of front, 3 rounds of back Doubles
Thursday: 2 rounds of front, 2 rounds of back Doubles

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 52 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
2 - 12 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
1 - Top 8 seeds based on UTR
2- Seeds 9-16 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List

POINTS PER ROUND
This tournament carries with it Level 3 USTA/Midwest points per round. The doubles division carries with it Level 4 USTA National points per round. For more information on USTA/Midwest points per round, please visit the following link:

MATCH SCORING
The Singles Main & Consolation Draws will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. The Doubles Draw will play an 8-Game Proset. Singles: 64 FIC draw. Doubles: 32 Single Elimination draw.

ALL MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED AT WESTERN TENNIS & FITNESS CLUB
Practice courts may be reserved on December 26 for one hour at $20/hour. During the tournament, courts may be reserved only for 30 minutes at a time at $10/half hour. You must prepay with a credit card when making the reservation. 513-451-4233
