Complimentary continental breakfast (bagels, fruit, coffee and juice) will be available each morning for players, family and coaches.

Remember this is a member club. Please keep large racquet bags out of the main walking areas.

We have a Fitness Center available for your use. Please be respectful to members and the equipment. The Fitness Center is available for players, family and coaches. Please sign in at the Front Desk.


Please check in 15 minutes prior to match time and be ready to play. We like to stay on schedule and keep matches flowing. We all get home earlier!

This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 26 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
2 - 6 Players based on UTR

Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
1 - Top 4 seeds based on UTR
2- Seeds 5-8 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List

The Singles Main & Consolation Draws will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set.

Saturday 3 rounds of main draw singles and 2 rounds consolation singles
Sunday 2 rounds main draw singles and 3 rounds consolation singles


Matches will start at 8 am on Saturday. Matches will start at 9 am on Sunday.


Match times will be posted Wednesday, February 24 after 3 pm


Draws will be posted Friday afternoon, February 26

Western Tennis & Fitness Club is located on the West side of Cincinnati. The closest hotel is the Holiday Inn Express on Rybolt Road. They have given us a tournament hotel rate of $99.00 plus tax. 513-574-6000. The club is only about 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati if you want to stay in the city.

Practice Courts
Western Tennis & Fitness Club will be offering a limited amount of Practice Courts on Saturday. Full court for an hour for the reduced rate of $20 per hour. Warm-Up Courts start Sunday and go through Wednesday and are on a Half Hour basis only and are limited. You must prepay with a credit card

ADDITIONAL PRACTICE COURTS
You will have to call individual clubs if you cannot find a court at Western. Five Seasons Northern KY, 345 Thomas More Pky, (859)341-8201, Regular rates apply. Please mention the B14 Midwest. Additional practice courts are available at Queen City Racquet Club. 513-771-2835.
