DOUBLES SEEDING
Good Morning. Several of the Doubles Seeds have changed as of 10:30AM Tuesday Morning February 2nd. In early conversations with Southern we had considered using a method of seeding for Doubles based off of the Computerized Seeding Calculator used for Singles Seeding, but after more detailed feedback, we made the decision to stay with our existing method of Seeding Doubles based off players Southern Standing for the respective age division. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and please feel free to reach out to our Referee, Andrew Rogers, with any specific questions you may have regarding the Doubles Seeding. He will be happy to answer any specific questions you have. Thank you.

IF YOU RECEIVED THE EMAIL THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD DIDN'T GO THROUGH, CALL IMMEDIATELY TO GIVE ANOTHER CARD'S NUMBER: CALL ANNIE LUNN(STAFF) @(423)400-6211 TO COMPLETE

MANDATORY TOURNAMENT CHECK IN ON FRIDAY, 2/5, 3PM-8PM AT BAYLOR
We are staying until 8:00 pm for your convenience. We feel strongly that you should be able to make it by that time. For those of you that "just cant make it by that time" need to do the following and please do not call and ask for permission to miss check-in: 1- Make sure your entry fee has been paid - check the Tournament Entry Fee Report when posted. 2 - Show up 1 hour before your match time to check in at BAYLOR either you play at Baylor or at Champions . Please be patient with us when checking in, we will be focused on getting matches on and off the court. Checking in people at this time will be a detriment to the tournament. 3 - Those of you playing 8:00 am matches will need to be on your assigned court at 7:45. Make sure you allow yourself plenty of time. For most of the day on Saturday we will only have one person checking in players for the tournament (those that did not come the night before). Obviously this is not enough to check in everyone 30 minutes before their match times. If you are not on your court by your assigned match time, you will be penalized. Because you did not check-in the night before, is no excuse for being late for your match. We cannot predict if there will be 5 people or 50 people waiting to check in when you do. You cannot play your match until you have checked in for the tournament. If there is a line that causes you to be late for your match, unfortunately that will be your problem that could have been avoided. Therefore, we urge all of you to check-in on Friday this includes Locals, Commuters and Travelers. Thank you for your cooperation.

(This is for selection only you cannot play 2 divisions at one tournament) 1. Players selected to both age divisions they apply will automatically be selected in the older division. They will be removed from the other (younger) age division. 2. Players not selected to either division would remain on the Alternates list for both divisions but would be obligated to the division they first get in from the Alternates list. They would then be removed from the Alternates list in the other age division. 3. Players selected to one age division would be removed from the Alternates list of the division they were not selected. 4. Once a player is selected for any one division, no changes can be made. There will be not exceptions to these guidelines. The selection process is very fast and the guidelines will be followed precisely. Our best advice to you, is make sure you assess your means of travel and schedules before registration closes. Thank you for your cooperation. Defaulting during the tournament: You must see the trainer and get approval from the Head Referee at the Baylor. Do not tell just anyone at the desk and think you have properly defaulted. Unless you speak to the Head Referee in person, it will count as a "No Show." WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY WITHDRAWALS OVER THE PHONE!
