SHOTGUN START
SHOTGUN START FOR 5 pm MATCHES and 9 a.m. on SaturdayWe will use the shotgun start for the 5 pm matches on Friday and 9am matches on Saturday at Windward and Lifetime. Each player should check the match assignment board near the check-in desk to find his/her court for the first matches of the day. Players must be on court ready to play by match time. Officials will have the balls on court for the match. PLAYERS MUST REGISTER WITH THE TOURNAMENT AND SUBMIT THE MEDICAL WAIVER PRIOR TO GOING TO COURT. Players arriving late to court will penalized as follows:
0-5 minutes is loss of toss and 1 game penalty
5-10 minutes is loss of toss and 2 game penalty
10-15 minutes is loss of toss and 3 game penalty.
More than 15 minutes is default. Players have the right to appeal the default.

FIRST MATCH TIMES
First match times will be posted at 9 a.m. on Thursday, December 8.

START TIME FRIDAY
Matches will begin Friday afternoon at 5 pm.
Players should expect to play 1 round on Friday, 2 rounds on Saturday, 2 rounds on Sunday.
This schedule is based on draw sizes of 32. (16 for BG10)

REGISTRATION / CHECK IN
Registration will begin at 3:30 pm on Friday at Windward and Lifetime. Saturday registration will be at the site of your first match. You should arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to your first match.
Please print and complete the medical release form prior to your arrival to facilitate registration.
These must be given to the tournament desk at the site of your first match prior to going on court. more info

BG18 ACT ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for BG18 taking the ACT: If you are taking the ACT, please email the tournament director and let him know so we can schedule your match after the ACT. No accommodations for other age divisions.

SELECTION PROCESS and SEEDING
Teams will be selected based on combined standings from the most recent Southern Standing List.
Georgia players will be given priority.
Seeds will be determined by the combined standings from the most recent Southern Standing List.
Seeding will be done before any late entries are accepted.

GA LEVEL 2 TOURNAMENT. JR. SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM IN EFFECT.
All Boys/Girls 10s MUST play all matches on a 60' court with a 25"
racket and use orange-dot balls. All Boys/Girls 12s MUST play all
matches with yellow balls. Three matches or more a day may be
played. Scoring format for BG12-18: Collegiate 8-game pro-set; set
tiebreak (first to 7 by 2) at 8 games all. Doubles scoring format
for BG10s will be 6-game no-ad set with a seven (7) point "Match"
tie-break played at 6-all. Winter hats for all participants.
Trophies for doubles winners, finalists, consolation champs and
consolation runner-ups of each doubles event. STATE CHAMPIONSHIP -
This is a State Championship tournament.
There are NO refunds issued after the deadline. Please be sure to
withdraw before to receive a refund. Once the entries close, we are
unable to process any refunds.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, December 5, 2016 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
