TOURNAMENT UPDATE MESSAGE (7/27/16 1:29pm)
Please read this important tournament info: Draws for divisions that are starting on Friday have been posted online.
Please note some players will have Friday matches so make sure to check
your times on ALL the divisions that you are playing in. Players who are going to have Friday matches have been
scheduled. Matches without a day/time will be scheduled for Saturday or
Sunday. The Saturday and Sunday match times will be posted by this
evening.
Please remember to check-in 15 minutes before your scheduled match time in the tournament building, located behind court 12.
Due
to heat conditions, large number of players, and possible weather
issues, many of the draws will be played over all three days. Please make every
attempt to be available for your scheduled match time.
**Special note: Official match times are those posted
here on tennislink ONLY. Times given out in person or over the phone are a
convenience available, but players are ultimately responsible for double checking those times online.
Thank you!
|
Please Note: Juniors are allowed to play NTRP divisions for this tournament.
|
Notes
IMPORTANT!
Due to a new policy from the USTA's legal department, tournament
directors will no longer have access to phone numbers and email
addresses of the tournament participants unless the player
re-enters their contact information at time of event registration.
This means that if a player does not enter their phone and email
information each time they register for a tournament, the
tournament director cannot contact them for any reason, including
withdrawals, defaults, byes, rain delays, etc. Your cooperation
will ensure that tournaments can continue to communicate necessary
information to you. Thank you.
