Due to the rain Sunday we are cancelling doubles and we are going to play as many singles matches as possible.

Format and Scoring
Draw format is a single elimination draw with a 3/4 play-off. Match format will be an eight game pro set with a match tie-break at 8 all.

DOUBLES SELECTION AND FORMAT
Doubles Criteria for selection:
1. Players may only enter doubles in the event they are entered for singles.
2. Both entrants selected are in the same singles event they are entering for doubles.
2. Singles event competitor partnered with alternate in the same division. The combined highest standing will be accepted.
3. Alternates for the singles event entered.

DOUBLES SIGN-UP
Doubles play will begin on Friday, March 25th at 5pm. The tournament will not partner players together. It is your job to find a partner, confirm the partnership, and then register by the doubles deadline. Each player must register for doubles and select their partner. IF ONLY one partner registers for play it will be considered an incomplete entry and will not be accepted.

FACEBOOK FOR A DOUBLES PARTNER
The tournament will NOT partner players for Doubles. Each player is responsible for finding his or her own partner and MUST register prior to the doubles deadline. Partnerships must be confirmed and its mandatory for partners to sign up with each other. To assist players in finding a doubles partner, please visit the tournament facebook group page.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, March 19, 2016 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
