TRAINER
There will be a trainer on site at the Windward Lake Club
during matches. By law, trainers are not allowed to distribute any medicine,
even to adults. Please bring your own Tylenol, Advil, Sinus Medicine, etc.
Plan on HOT temperatures and start hydrating early in the
week before the tournament. Temperatures could be 80-100 degrees, so be
prepared for the heat and humidity.
If you have an injury or illness, we strongly suggest
that you see the trainer. If you need to withdraw due to injury or illness, the
process will be much smoother if we have confirmation from the trainer.
