Palm Desert Tennis Camps at Palm Desert Resort Country Club will be designated as a practice court only site available throughout the entire tournament. There will be 10 Designated Practice Courts set aside & available for players, coaches, & their families daily from 6:00 am-10:00 pm (lights Available) from Sunday, March 2 - Sunday, April 10. Fee: Unlimited usage of practice courts - daily fee of $20 per person. One hour usage of practice courts - fee of $10 per person. Daily Drop in reservation scheduling welcome. Day 5 - Main draw finals & 3-4 playoff, Semi & Final of consolation, 5/6 playoff. All Ages at IWTG

ALTERNATES WILL BE PLACED IN THE ORDER OF THE NSL - ALTERNATE LIST FOR EACH EVENT.
ALL ON SITE ALTERNATES MUST HAVE A MEDICAL RELEASE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BEFORE THEY STEP ON THE COURT.
THEY WILL ALSO HAVE TO BRING ENTRY FEE IN CASH AT THAT TIME.

We will use the National Singles Seeding List of March 24th for seeding.

Singles Seeding Criteria for USTA National Selection Tournaments, Closed USTA Regional Tournaments, Open USTA Regional Tournaments, and Additional USTA Junior National Tournaments
Seeding shall be done using the most recently published National Singles Seeding List of the division in the
order in which players appear.
• When players are accepted based on their standing in the next younger age division, these players may be
seeded in the last group of seeds (5-8, 9-16, or 17-32, depending on the draw size) if they are in the top
50 of the most recently published National Singles Seeding List of the next-younger age division.
• Players from the National Singles Seeding List of the division may be moved within major groups (1-4, 5-
8, 9-16, 17-32) due to direct wins if players are separated by fewer than 100 ranking points.
• Players from the National Singles Seeding List of the division may be moved between major groups due to direct wins if players are separated by fewer than 50 ranking points.

ALL DIVISIONS WILL BE A 64 DRAW WITH A MODIFIED FEED IN. THE FIRST AND SECOND & THIRD ROUND MAIN DRAW LOSERS WILL FEED INTO THE CONSOLATION EVENT. THE PLAYERS WHO LOSE IN THE MAIN DRAW QUARTERFINAL ROUND WILL GO INTO A SEMIFINAL PLAYOFF DRAW (WINNER OF THIS WILL TAKE 5-6 PLACE) THE PLAYERS WHO LOSE IN THIS SEMIFINAL PLAYOFF DRAW WILL TIE FOR 7TH PLACE) MAIN DRAW LOSERS OF THE SEMI FINALS WILL PLAYOFF FOR 3-4 PLACE. THE CONSOLATION FINALS WILL BE FOR 9-10 PLACE. Doubles is single elimination and the format is an 8 game pro set with a tie break (first to 7 by 2) at 8 all.

Everyone who wishes to play in this tournament that has been accepted must fill out and sign a USTA Release and Waiver and present it to the tournament before they play their first match. more info

Practice Court Policies of Easter Bowl Sites
The ASICS Easter Bowl uses multiple sites for matches & practice and each site has its own administration for their individual policies.
In general, sites will permit players on the day of their matches to warm up before they begin for no fee... IF… there are available courts. Check with your site director when you arrive to the location for your match.

We have a very nice 1 bedroom Villa at the Westin Desert Willow Villas with a full kitchen, separate living area with pull-out sofa, and King bedroom to offer some lucky player and their family.The Villa normally rents for $419 per night that week, but we are willing to take $300 per night. The villa is available for check in on Thursday March 31 with check out on Friday April 8. There are tennis courts at the resort.Could you please pass this information along to any alternate that might be needing last minute accommodations? Players may enter more than one division. They will try to put you in the older division first, if you don't qualify then they will try to put you in the lower age division. If you are not selected in that you will be placed on the younger age division alternate list. You can also enter the ITF event by you can not be in the qualifying for that and play in the 12-16 divisions.
