Divisions
The following divisions are going and we are leaving the draws open through Wednesday night: Mens Open Singles, Mens Open Doubles, Mixed Open Doubles. Starting times for these events are likely to be: Mens Open Singles 9am Saturday, Mens Open Doubles 3pm Saturday, and Mixed Open Doubles will likely be 1pm on Sunday. The following divisions did not go for this tournament: Mixed 3.0 Doubles, Mens 3.0 Doubles, Womens Open Doubles, Womens 4.0 Doubles, Womens 3.0 Singles and Womens Open Singles.

Opening Ceremony
The Meijer State Games of Michigan has its Opening Ceremony on Friday, June 26. All athletes are welcome to participate at Fifth Third Ballpark. Free t-shirts and food are available for the athletes. How to Register
When registering for events, please use the highest player's rating for doubles to determine the teams level. Also be sure to note that A, B and C do not show in the registration system. Remember that A is 4.5+, B is 4.0 and C is 3.0.

Starting Times
Singles players need to be prepared to play Friday after 5pm, all day Saturday and Sunday. Mens and Womens Doubles will likely be played on Saturday and Mixed Doubles will likely be Sunday afternoon. These are NOT set in stone though as it depends on the number of entries we receive. We will guarantee everyone at least 2 matches and likely 3 for the doubles. The doubles matches will be 8 game pro-sets with a tiebreaker at 7-all.

Format
The Singles Format will be 2 out of 3 sets with a match tiebreaker in place of a third set. You may play 3 matches in a day with this format. The Doubles Format will be an 8 game pro-set with a tiebreaker at 7-all. You may play 3-5 matches in a day with this format. The singles draw will be a first match consolation event which means that if you lose your first match, you will go into a consolation tournament. The doubles draws are flexible and could be round robin or compass draw depending on the size of each draw. Singles players are guaranteed 2 matches and doubles will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.

tournament for everyone! We have events for all levels of adults
including singles, doubles and mixed doubles.
Levels are A, B, and C. Here are the descriptions of the
levels:
A: Advanced 4.5+ NTRP Rated Players
B: Intermediate-Advanced Intermediate 3.5-4.0 NTRP Rated
Players
C: Lower Intermediate and Newer players 3.0 and below NTRP Rated
Players
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 21, 2015 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time.
