Release and Waiver

Tournament Selection & Format
Our
players will be participating at the USTA National 14 Zonals in Cary, NC. Players
will need to arrive on Wednesday, July 1st, one day before competition begins,
for registration, coaches meetings, team meetings, player/parent seminars. Each
team has 12 players (6 boys and 6 girls). Southern has six teams. Each team
match consists of B&G singles, 2 Boys doubles, 2 Girls doubles, and 2 Mixed
doubles. Southern provides a coach for each of their 6 teams. Teams will be
announced July 1st upon arrival at the site. A current standings list will be
used to do the waterfall. Alternate order will NOT change from the initial
endorsement list of June 17th.
Endorsement/Eligibility - Any player who played
in the Southern Closed 14s or the Winter Level 1 in the 14s, and whose Southern
standing is within the endorsed group. The top 36 Boys and the top 36 Girls who
apply will gain entry. The Zonals endorsement list will be posted June 17th.
The selections will be posted by June 17th. The selections will be posted on
this tournament application site. Results of all matches through June 15th will
be used.

Entry Fee
The
entry fee for Zonals covers the entry to the tournament (five singles and five
doubles matches), clothing, coaching, and amenities.

Alternate List
If
you are on the alternate list, IT IS YOUR REPONSIBILITY to make sure that the
USTA Southern office has all telephone numbers and your email address where you
can be reached so that they can make contact if an opening occurs. The office
will have a very limited time frame to hear back from you before they will have
to move to the next alternate in line. CONTACT: Sandy Hastings, by email -
hastings@sta.usta.com. Note: If you are accepted as an alternate into the
tournament, you must submit your entry fee of $253.13 immediately by PayPal.
This information will be supplied upon your selection. YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THE
TOURNAMENT WITHOUT PAYMENT!!!!

Player WithdrawalProcedure & Refund Information
If
you need to withdraw for any reason, after the deadline, you must contact Sandy
Hastings ASAP, by email: hastings@sta.usta.com. If email is not possible, call
770-368-8200. NO REFUND of entry fee will be issued for withdrawal after the
June 16th deadline.

Zonal Coaches
The
coaches for the 2015 Zonals will be announced shortly.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, June 16, 2015 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
