This tournament will be a 64 draw. If more than 64 players enter, each area association is guaranteed two positions in the draw and the remaining selections will be based upon the most recent Midwest Standings List as of the entry deadline.

We have 14 quota spots for the Midwest Closed, twelve are determined by advancement in the district qualifying tournament. The quarterfinalists in the main draw and the quarterfinalists of the consolation tournament are these 12 players (the quarterfinal losers are included in both). The remaining two quota players will be selected based solely upon the player's position on the MIDWEST standings list that was been used at the beginning of this tournament.

Send us your confirmation number for the Midwest Closed if you wish to be endorsed. Please also e-mail us if you reached a qualifying spot, i.e. the quarters of the front or the back draw, and know that you do NOT wish to play the Closed as that enables us to endorse another player in your place.

Most matches will be held at the Erickson All Sports Facility. Some matches will also be held at the Jackson Park tennis courts. An alternate indoor site may be used if necessary due to inclement weather.

Sign up for doubles will close at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 6. If you registered for doubles on-line, you are required to confirm your doubles registration at the tournament desk.

Please use the Future Match Info Report for your first match time.

Players must report to either the Erickson or Jackson Park Tennis Courts at least 20 minutes before their first match time where they will receive their T-shirts and draw sheets.

Outdoor matches will be played at BOTH the Erickson Tennis Facility (4601 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101) and Jackson Park Tennis Courts (1601 34th Street, Vienna, WV 26105). NOTE THE MATCH LOCATION ON THE DRAW SHEET AND FIRST MATCH TIMES - "ER" IS THE ERICKSON COURTS, AND "JP" IS THE JACKSON PARK COURTS.
