Players should go to www.usta.com/isc for all tournament Information, draws, match times, etc. To enter the tournament go to www.usta.com/isc. Qualifying is played March 26-27. All qualifying players must sign-in (In person) on Friday, March 25th. Boys and Girls 18's qualifying is a 64 draw and Boys and Girls 16's is a 32 qualifying draw. Main Draw begins on Monday, March 28th. Players in the 18's must enter and withdrawal with their IPIN at www.itftennis.com/ipin . ALL PLAYERS IN BOYS & GIRLS 16's & 18's MUST HAVE AN IPIN. NO exception! The boys and girls 16's must complete a entry form which can be found at www.usta.com/ISC. Please note the sign-in times deadline for the 16's ends at 4:00 pm and the 18's at 6:00 pm.

The withdrawal deadline (without incurring penalties) is at 14:00 hrs GMT on the Tuesday thirteen (13) days prior to the Monday of the tournament week.(March 15th). This applies to both Main Draw players and players on the Qualifying Acceptance List. Players not planning to attend the event, including alternates and qualifies must withdrawal using their IPIN at www.itftennis.com/ipin . Players in the 16's must email or fax the tournament director with withdrawal notification. You can send a fax to 310-630-4501 or send an e-mail to Lansville@usta.com. Players not contacting the tournament will receive both ITF and USTA suspension points.

The Freeze deadline is at 14:00 hrs GMT on the Wednesday preceding the tournament week (March 23rd). A player who has moved into a Main Draw or Qualifying Acceptance List by the Freeze Deadline is committed to play the tournament. After the Freeze deadline players on the Qualifying Acceptance List will no longer be moved into the main draw and players on one or more Alternate Lists will no longer be moved into the Qualifying Acceptance List. Such alternates are not committed to play the tournament and therefore are not subject to late withdrawal or No Show penalties.
A player who withdrawals after the freeze deadline must notify the ITF and the tournament director.

Full Hospitality is provided to all main draw players in the Boys and Girls 18's. Players in the Main Draw will receive a $67 per day housing allowance (if you stay in the hotel) based on double occupancy from Sunday,March 27th through night of elimination from the tournament at the official players hotel for the International Spring Championships. Players must book a hotel on thier own in advance of the event.

Via 405 Freeway North (from Long Beach, Orange County) 1) Exit on Avalon Blvd., Make a right onto Avalon Blvd. Make a right into main entrance of Stubhub Center. Via 405 Freeway South (from Santa Monica, West LA, San Fernando Calley) 1) Exit on Vermont. At the bottom of the offramp, turn left onto 190th street, which become Victoria Street. Please note that this tournament uses ITF Age Eligibility as opposed to the USTA's Month of Birth Age Eligibility. Players who turn 19 in 2014 will be unable to compete in the 18's division and players who turn 17 in 2014 will be unable to compete in the 16's division. Players must be 13 years of age to compete in ITF Events.

THE DOUBLES FORMAT WILL BE TWO TIE BREAK SETS WITH A MATCH TIE BREAK (10 POINT) FOR THE THIRD SET. NO AD WILL ALSO BE USED. Players must sign-in for doubles on-site. As with all ITF events, players must wear appropriate clothing (no t-shirts). Players in the 16's division must sign-up by 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 27th. Players in the 18's division may sign-in for doubles until Monday, March 28th at 12:00 pm. Acceptance for doubles follows ITF regulations.

The tournament will provide transportation from the official tournament hotel (Torrance Doubletree) to the StubhubCenter starting on Friday, March 25 until Sunday, April 3rd. The tournament does not provide transportation to and from the airport. Go to www.usta.com/isc for transportation schedule.

Player sign-in days and times below (entry fee for 18’s is $65 or the entry fee for 16’s is $80 USD (cash only) must be paid onsite during registration.
16’s Main Draw accepted players: Players must sign-in between the hours of 11:00 am-4:00 p.m. on Sunday March 27th. Main draw begins March 28th.

Qualifying Alternates: If you would like to be considered for a vacant spot in qualifying due to player(s) not signing-in, you must sign-in.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, March 3, 2015 6:00:00 AM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
