This event is open to all age-eligible Ohio Valley girls. We expect that everyone who applies will get in as historically the 12's and 14's draws have not filled

DRAW SIZE/PLAYER SELECTION
This tournament will be a 64 draw. If more than 64 players enter, each area association is guaranteed two positions in the draw and the remaining selections will be based upon the most recent Midwest Standings List as of the entry deadline.

2015 OVTA Quota Spots
We have 14 quota spots for the Midwest Closed, twelve are determined by advancement in the district qualifying tournament. The quarterfinalists in the main draw and the quarterfinalists of the consolation tournament are these 12 players (the quarterfinal losers are included in both). The remaining two quota players will be selected based Midwest guidelines.

After the event starts
Send us your confirmation number for the Midwest Closed if you wish to be endorsed. Please also e-mail us if you reached a qualifying spot, i.e. the quarters of the front or the back draw, and know that you do NOT wish to play the Closed as that enables us to endorse another player in your place.

Withdrawals
To withdraw before registration closes you go online to the tournament web site and click on edit registration on the left hand column, then click on withdraw and follow the prompts. After registration closes withdraw by sending an e-mail, subject line Regional, withdrawal, player name, and age division. The time received on the e-mail will be used for documentation - MY REPLY is your proof that your withdrawal has been received.

Sites Thomas Cloud Park and Wayne High School Rain site is Dayton Center Courts
Thomas Cloud Park, 4707 Brandt Pike, Dayton, OH
Wayne High School, 5400 Chambersburg Road, Dayton, OH 45424 (aprox. 3 miles from the park)
Rain site is Dayton Center Courts, 4801 Salem Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45416 in the event of rain we may move indoors. If we need to do this there will be a $10.00 charge for each singles match and $5.00 for each doubles match a player plays indoors.

Stebbins HIgh School usually has their courts open to the public and is only a few miles away.

We are planning on starting on Saturday with doubles so will need all the team pairings by Tuesday at 6pm. If you do not wish to play doubles please let us know that as well so we can take you off that list. Please check your e-mail as we are e-mailing updated doubles information, pairings that we already have are showing on line.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, May 31, 2015 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
