NEW TOURNAMENT DATES & REFUNDS
Due to the projected weather forecast for this weekend the tournament has been cancelled. Thankfully we have received another sanctioned tournament date and will now hold the NC State Clay Closed Court Championships December 4th-6th, 2015.
2 options for players entry fees:
1. If you were a registered player you can choose to play in the tournament at its new date. No additional fees are required. All we ask is that you email the Pro Shop at CRCN@BELLSOUTH.NET with your name, usta number and division. From there we will manually enter you into the draw.
2. We will be issuing credits next week for those who do not wish to play in the December tournament. Make sure your address in tennislink is updated as we will be sending check refunds. If you are concerned with the address we might have on file you will need to contact the Pro Shop to confirm. You will be refunded the full amount of the entry fee minus the tennislink fee and administration fee.
In the next couple days USTA will reset our tournament webpage and anyone will be able to register to play in the tournament who chooses to do so. You do not need to re-register if you have contacted the Pro Shop and gotten confirmation that they have already added you and not issued a refund.

TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION UPDATE
Unfortunately we have had to cancel the NC State Clay Closed Championships for this weekend, Oct 2-4th. We are in the process of trying to get another date with the NCTA Sanctioning Committee and are gathering more information about how to proceed. We will have an update shortly in regards to that information and refunds. At this time please make sure the appropriate address for you is on file with Tennislink as those are what we will use to issue credits when the time comes. Wishing the weather situation wasn't so dire this weekend. We appreciate your support for the Clay Court Championships and apologize for any inconvenience.

POSTED DRAWS & UPDATE
Draws have been posted. Please keep in mind some match times will need to be adjusted or changed after the first round of matches due to people playing multiple events and several divisions being round robins. We will be able to adjust times once we get first round matches in. At this time we are proceeding as normal with the schedule even with the projected forecast. If anything changes due to weather please check the tournament website for updates.
