Complimentary continental breakfast (bagels, fruit, coffee and juice) will be available each morning for players, family and coaches.
Remember this is a member club. Please keep large racquet bags out of the main walking areas.
We have a Fitness Center available for your use. Please be respectful to members and the equipment. The Fitness Center is available for players, family and coaches. Please sign in at the Front Desk.
Please check in 15 minutes prior to match time and be ready to play. We like to stay on schedule and keep matches flowing. We all get home earlier!

ORDER OF PLAY
Singles
Sunday:2 rounds of front, 1 round of back
Monday:2 rounds of front, 3 rounds of back
Tuesday: semis front, 2 rounds of back
Wednesday: finals, 3/4 front, semis and finals of back
Doubles will be played each day after singles.

Doubles...IMPORTANT!
Please make sure you have all your information (phone numbers and emails) updated for this tournament.
Please email me your doubles partner right away. If you do not have a doubles partner, I will try and find you one. Because of privacy laws, I cannot give out your contact information to other players unless you give me permission. Deadline for doubles is December 21.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 4 Players from the next youngest age division
2 - 52 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
3 - 8 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
1 - Top 4 seeds based on UTR
2- Seeds 5-16 based on USTA/Midwest Standings List

First round report time information will be available on the Wednesday, December 23 after 6 pm.
Come back to this page and click on the blue “Future Match Info Report” to find out your first time as well as your Win/Loss time (W/L). Please be careful when reading this. The W/L times are in parentheses. Players from the same district will not play each other first round unless an alternate fills a spot or more than half the draw is from the same district.

POINTS PER ROUND

MATCH SCORING
The Singles Main & Consolation Draws will play best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. The doubles will play an 8 game proset.

TOURNAMENT HOTEL INFORMATION
Western Tennis & Fitness Club is located on the West side of Cincinnati. The closest hotel is the Holiday Inn Express on Rybolt Road. They have given us a tournament hotel rate of $99.00 plus tax. 513-574-6000. The club is only about 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati if you want to stay in the city.

PLAY SITE LOCATIONS & PRACTICE COURTS
All matches will be played at Western Tennis & Fitness Club--5490 Muddy Creek Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45238 phone number 513-451-4233.
Practice Courts
Western Tennis & Fitness Club will be offering a limited amount of Practice Courts on Saturday. Full court for an hour for the reduced rate of $20 per hour. Warm-Up Courts start Sunday and go through Wednesday and are on a Half Hour basis only and are limited. You must prepay with a credit card

Awards:
Trophies will be given to the following players: Singles: Champion, Finalist, 3rd & 4th place, and FIC Champion and Finalist. Doubles: Champion, Finalist, 3rd and 4th. In addition, a Sportsmanship trophy will be awarded.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, December 17, 2015 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
