We are excited to have you play at Western Tennis & Fitness Club!
Complimentary continental breakfast (bagels, fruit, coffee and juice) will be available each morning for players, family and coaches.
Remember this is a member club. Please keep large racquet bags out of the main walking areas.
We have a Fitness Center available for your use. Please be respectful to members and the equipment. The Fitness Center is available for players, family and coaches. Please sign in at the Front Desk.
Please check in 15 minutes prior to match time and be ready to play. We like to stay on schedule and keep matches flowing. We all get home earlier!

Selection:
Player selection will be done based on the following criteria: 1 – Four (4) players from the top 100 of the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in next lower division. 2 – 28 players from the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the current age division of the event.

Scoring:
The Singles Main Draw and Consolation will play regular scoring in best 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-point super tiebreak in lieu of a third set. The Consolation draw stops at the finals.

Tournament Hotel:
Western Tennis & Fitness Club is located on the West side of Cincinnati. The closest hotel is the Holiday Inn Express on Rybolt Road. They have given us a tournament hotel rate of $99.00 plus tax. 513-574-6000. The club is only about 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati if you want to stay in the city.

Practice/Warm-up Courts:
Western Tennis & Fitness Club will be offering a limited amount of Practice Courts on Friday night, Full court for an hour for the reduced rate of $20 per hour. Warm-Up Courts start Saturday and go through Monday and are on a Half Hour basis only and are limited. You must prepay with a credit card
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE COURTS You will have to call individual clubs if you cannot find a court at Western. Five Seasons Northern KY, 345 Thomas More Pky, (859)341-8201, will have practice courts available on Saturday and Sunday morning , regular rates apply. Please mention the B14Midwest

First round report time information will be available on the Wednesday before the tournament begins by 6PM.
Come back to this page and click on the blue “Future Match Info Report” to find out your first time as well as your Win/Loss time (W/L). Please be careful when reading this. The W/L times are in parentheses. Players from the same district will not play each other first round unless an alternate fills a spot or more than half the draw is from the same district.

A minimum of 6 courts will be used on Saturday. Four courts will be used on Sunday.

Order of Play:
Saturday: 3 rounds of main draw singles and 3 round of consolation singles Sunday: 2 rounds of main draw singles and 3 rounds of consolation singles

No refunds after player selection is complete.

Player Contact Information Policy:
If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

Awards:
Trophies will be given to the following players: Champion, Finalist, 3rd & 4th place, and FIC Semi-Finalists. In addition, a Sportsmanship trophy will be awarded.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, December 2, 2015 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
